Patrick could not have been more accommodating when I arrived yesterday to come up with a lovely flower arrangement to take to a friend, when I realized I left my own arrangement at home in Dallas by mistake. I literally googled "florist near me" and Patrick dropped everything to help me out. He is a very nice, engaging man and we had a fun conversation. Don't be put off by the seeming chaos of the shop - he's short-handed but he absolutely comes through. Thank you, Patrick!

The flowers I received were spectacular and the customer service was beyond expectations. Patrick is amazing and my daughter is thrilled that her gift turned out so beautifully. Highly recommend!

Arlington Flower Exchange never disappoints! We've used them for Valentine's Day, Funerals, Get Well, Homecoming Nosegays, you name it! Everything has been wonderful and they will continue to be our "go to" florist! I highly recommend them any time I'm asked!

The owner or worker was dismissive and acted like we were wasting his time in a very passive aggressive way. I guess he had something going on? Either way it made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer, I won't be going back .

I had put in a order for some flowers to be delivered just down the road from the flower shop. I need to change the address because of my wife’s schedule. The new address was out of their was. I called and they didn’t have a problem with me changing the address for my delivery. I will for sure give them a call for my next order as well. Thank y’all.

I needed a bouquet of flowers for my Aunt's 90th Birthday. I called the day before and they were delivered the next morning. My aunt was very pleased, she sent all of her nieces a picture of the flowers with her in it. My order was taken, I sent an email with the message and the owner waited until he received it to ensure there were no mistakes. This florist is a 5 in my book.
