I had the best experience with Nancy Davis today. She was beyond intentional and took the time and effort to get to know me and discuss my concerns. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and friendly- I felt so comfortable and will definitely be making this my primary care office. Highly recommend!

Since WellMed took over its gone downhill. God forbid if you need to call to make an appointment or speak with anyone. Every time I call I'm waiting over 15 minutes. Today for instance I'm trying for a second time, going on over 17 minutes. The first try I hung up at the 20 minute mark. This is just ridiculous.

Since this practice was taken over by Well Med I've noticed consistently poorer service. The office staff has become slower and more incompetent. At least one appointment schedule was messed up. During my recent visit, I waited over 3 hours for blood lab draws and the lab tech was slow and incompetent. Other lab patients were turned away. Wrong prescriptions and referrals were added to my chart which were forwarded as orders to the pharmacy and another service provider, resulting in claims on my insurance policy. Two days before my insurance renewal deadline, I was advised they would no longer accept my insurance; even after I verified my policy with them 2 weeks prior. I really like Dr. Rodgers and was driving over 100 miles to see him, but after all these clerical and policy issues, I'm forced to change my PCP.

The practitioners are wonderful. The front office staff is less than desirable in the way they approach people. Not only with myself but with the elderly population. It is sad to say that I will be looking for another clinic to provide for my healthcare needs.

Good luck actually getting to see a doctor/nurse practitioner. At this time it is a 3-5 day wait for a VIDEO appointment. This has become a bad problem within the past 12-16 months.

Dr Ledesma is the only good thing about this place, if you can even get an appointment with him in the next 2 months. I have a million complains about NP Nancy Davis, she came off as dismissive, sent me to an online psych which has done me 0 good. She won’t return my call that I left last week. I had been coming to this office since I was 7 or 8. I’m now 26 and just made the switch to a different primary care provider that cares more about my health. Not to mention, Nancy is dismissive to the fullest with not just me, but my mother as well. This place went from fantastic to absolute garbage. Sad day.

Doctor Ledesma is Awesome! He takes time to listen, and he makes sure you understand what needs to be done and you have to do your part. He provides the Best medical care, treatment and advice. I never have to wait long to see him.His nurse is adorable. I have been seeing Dr Ledesma for 20 years or so. Always very attentive and takes the time to fully understand any situation I bring to them BUT I really want to give Anthony who sets appointments a high-five because he always returns calls and went out of his way to get me an earlier appointment when one came available. They have made very positive changes in the last couple of years and Anthony is one of them.

My first time here. Nice festive waiting area :-) HGTV on. They got me in very quickly. But I did have to wait about 30 minutes before seeing the doc, which honestly wasn't bad at all. The doc even apologized about that and said that they try hard to not get behind. Doctor Ledesma was kind, courteous, knowledgeable,and had a great sense of humor. I really liked him a lot. Because of the way they do prescription refills, I am actually going to save money and time. So, overall, aside from the small wait time, it was a great experience and I am going to keep going to see this doctor.

I find the staff to be exceptionally caring and professional. I'm greeted in a friendly manner, get in quickly and am treated with generous time and attention when I'm with the medical staff. I receive my lab results in a timely manner and their follow-through with necessary referrals has been exceptional.
