I was visiting from out of town. My cat that I had brought with became I'll. With short notice, Arkansas Lane was able to get me in that afternoon. The Dr and staff were friendly and helpful. The medication that was prescribed made my cat feel better by the next day! Which made me feel so much better. Many thanks to everyone at Arkansas Lane Animal Hospital.

We were only there to pick up a dog that had lost his owner and we were adopting him. The staff were all pleasant, explaining everything to us (he had just been neutered) and wishing us well and thanking us for taking him into our family. The vet came out to introduce himself and meet us even though we live farther away and will use our own vet in our hometown. If we lived closer we would definitely use Arkansas Lane Animal Hospital for all our pets.

This clinic has been great! Every visit has been wonderful! They were able to get me in last minute due to a slight emergency with my cat. They are always very kind and informative. I know my cat is in great hands with them.

We will not be choosing this location for our animals. This is the second time we’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for them to come in and see your dog, just making her more and more anxious. The prices seem to be pretty outrageous . We will be looking for a more affordable vet who cares about seeing patients on time and not making them wait 20 minutes after their appointment.

Fantastic place. Very caring professional staff. They show compassion to pet's and their owners. I have been a client for several years. They went through end of life processes with two of my older pets. Because of their compassion and knowledge, they were the logical place to take my two new kittens.

We went here based on a recommendation because our previous long term vet retired.
Exam, shots, everything else just ok… but seemed expensive when we got the bill. Then the spay quote for our cat was given to us, 750.00 bucks to spay a cat?!? No thanks!
Better ask what their prices are before you get any services done. I assure you, they are much higher than many vets in the area. We got our cat spayed for 399.00 at another highly rated vet.
So long Arkansas Lane, good luck with your outrageous pricing!

This clinic has the nicest people as well as the best doctor. I had an emergency with my dog & my vet could not fit him in for two days but did refer me to this clinic who scheduled me immediately. My dog had a ruptured disk & Arkansas Lane Clinic set me up to see a surgeon, asap. This is now my primary vet.
