I love this place! Went in yesterday to check it out. They have bulk household products with an easy process to bring your own containers. That helped me feel like I am doing my part to reduce plastic consumption. The employees are fantastic. They made me feel welcome into the store immediately. They even offered to bring in my favorite bulk product from Public Goods, the hand cream. I'm a new customer mind you, so that level of customer service is greatly appreciated. I will be making this health food store a frequent stop of mine if this store keeps doing exactly what it's doing. Kudos to the manager from one retail manager to another, you run a tight ship.

I don't know how this natural grocery store has been around a year and I just now went into it for the first time. It's a local grocery store with some locations in Dallas (and one in Waxahachie) but this is the first time I've been into an Ann's. This location is on the bottom floor of the 101 Center apartments facing Abrams St. It's right next to City Hall, the Downtown Library, Levitt Pavilion, Inclusion Coffee, etc.Ann's is larger than a convenience store but definitely smaller than a Whole Foods or Sprouts. Nevertheless, they have a pretty decent assortment of food, drinks, household goods, and supplements that fall under the broad natural grocery category. They have a nice selection of local and specialty beers if you're looking for something to take to one of the Levitt Pavilion concerts. They even carry several products I've never seen at other natural grocers. Some products are a bit pricey but most of them are comparable to what you'll pay at one of the larger chains like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Target. There's also a free rewards program you can sign up for at the register and coupons you can sign up for on their website.Everyone is nice and helpful in the store. The manager even offered to try to get in some items in I was looking for.Definitely check out Ann's and support your local natural grocery store!

This is without a doubt the best health food store in Arlington. The store is clean and organized and they have a great selection. More importantly the knowledge and attention to detail of the staff is beyond amazing and it shows with every interaction.

I freaking love this store!! The staff and owners are so knowledgeable and helpful. I needed help picking out supplements and am so happy with their suggestions. Everything is fresh and tons of organic and vegan/gluten free/dairy free options. Definitely coming again.

I just moved to Arlington from Miami and I needed to find a health food store like the one I went to at home, family owned and welcoming. So I Google health food stores near me but the ones I found was franchised and I don't too much care for those because they just want to make a sell and not educate you. When I came across Ann's, looking at the pictures online I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. And lord behold I was right! The gentleman I believe he was the owner, spent about and hour helping me because I have stomach issues and either him or his mom suffered from something similar. When tell you I was so satisfied and pleased with the service and education he provided me. I refuse to go to another store..

My kids and I absolutely love going into Ann's! I let them pick out snacks that have better ingredients, than the ones that I used to eat as a kid. The customer service here is top notch!!
