My doxie came in with a severe case of dry eye that was causing her to lose her vision! Almost 9 months later, she has increased tear production, less scarring and can see clearly now. I’m grateful for the care team at Animal Eye Clinic and their professionalism!

They were able to see my pup on an emergency first thing on a Monday morning. They walked me through step by step what they were doing, and what the next steps and scenarios would be. Great staff from the moment we walked in the door.

Great staff from the people answering the phone to the Doctor that examined our fur baby. He has a cataract, and the examination was so thorough and the options were going to get done. This Animal Eye Clinic is the most professional office we’ve been in. Use hem!

I've been very satisfied with Animal Eye Clinic since I was introduced to it when my Shih Tzu was going blind from diabetes. And I still go back to them with my other dogs if they develop eye problems. Great staff and always friendly on the phone and in the office.

Referred here by Richter Animal Hospital for a swollen tear duct. Everyone at the Animal Eye Clinic was phenomenal. Took time to thoroughly examine my dog’s eye and came a conclusion and solution. We were schedule for a procedure the next week and again everything was great. Overall, great experience. I am glad my dog was treated here.

We have been taking our Boston Terrier, Penny, to the Animal Eye Clinic for about a year. She has lost sight in her left eye but has some vision in her right eye. With Dr. Paulsen’s help, she had been able to keep both eyes with a regimen of eye drops throughout the day. Dr. Paulsen is very professional, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. He and his residents take the time to explain Penny’s condition and prepare us for options to come. The staff has always been upfront on costs for appointments and possible surgeries. So far, Penny is happy and is able to live normally with our help and care. We greatly appreciate the care of the Animal Eye Clinic. They have made it possible for an initially frightening, painful situation to become a beautiful life for our much-loved Penny.

Excellent experience with something that started out so scary! They got my English Bulldog right in after our vet recommended we see an opthomologist for an eye scratch that hadn’t healed in two weeks and they even performed the procedure he needed the same day to get him healing more quickly. The staff and doctors were all wonderful and we will continue to use them should we need animal eye services.

Strong recommendation! Dr. Paulsen and staff were able to give me an appointment really fast and 2-3 weeks later perform a successful eye removal surgery. Staff has been really accessible, helpful, kind, friendly, etc while staying professional.

Everyone at the Animal Eye Clinic was so very kind and caring when my dog had an ulcer rupture. They took the best care of my Frenchie and he was able to keep his eye. I am so thankful for them!

Okay so at first when I called, kinda panicked after talking with my vet about my dog’s sitch, the receptionist got a little snippy because I’m not a doc, I don’t know how to explain what’s going on with my poor baby other than her eye looks really bad and my vet wants her to be seen as soon as possible (I was panicking maybe a little ?). I was instantly thinking “nope, not dealing with rude from desk peeps at a vet again.” But my vet was prepared for the interaction and offered to explain to the lady, getting me set up for an appointment that same afternoon, which was utterly amazing.
Dani, the vet tech, came in with Dr Brock for the initial examination and the gentleness and care they exhibited with my girl was astounding. They spoke gently and kept her calm as they held her and poked and prodded at her eyes (not literally but ya know). Then Dr. Brogden came in to suggest removal of both eyes. Of course I knew one was bad but I was just kinda shocked and it’s like he read my mind “this was nothing you did, it’s just the genetics of the breed” (or something to that effect) which gave me more relief than I could ever express. They explained the procedure and Dr Brock prescribed some meds to help lessen the pain before her surgery date. I had no idea she was in pain nor how painful glaucoma can be! ?
After surgery, Dr Brock came in and explained how well the procedure went and how good my Bella Wooz did, which was omg what a relief. He has an incredible bedside manner. And I gotta shout out again to Dani, who is probably the best tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She’s so compassionate and explained post-op information thoroughly and followed up with me the next day, reminding me to call the emergency line since it was Friday.
I would highly recommend this place and their amazing staff, should you have a need for eye care for your furbabies ??
