DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT use this tax lady. She will RIP you off..I used her for 3 years before I realized that for the 5 maybe 10 mins she spent on my 1040EZ form she charged me over $800.00. She was good and I probably wouldnt have even noticed it this time but I went to read one of the pages and she rushed me to just sign and not worry about that, it meant nothing. It made me suspicious. So when I got home and read over the paperwork that's when I saw the fee for $797.00. I immediately called her (within the hour) and she told me that was her fee and I told her I wasn't paying a fee that high and I wanted to stop the who thing . She told me it was to late. After several attempts to get my money back she finally agreed to write me a personal check for 1/2 the fee. Total was $350.. I went to cash it at her bank and it would not clear. She had called the bank and either had them stop payment on check or put a hold on it indefinitely. Either way check was no good. Still have not received the money she owed me and probably never will.

We love this place. Couldn't imagine doing our taxes anywhere else. We have been coming here to have Loretta do our taxes for 10 years now. Great family owned business. Such good people
