Excellent service, the attention they gave us for the preparation of our taxes was excellent, everything was very professional, always showing each step that was done in filling out the forms. I really liked the customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I believe this will be my place to do my taxes for years to come. The worst experience I’ve ever had. First off I just wanna say I was charged $600 for them to write off my taxes. Person that we saw was Sandra. She explained anywhere we went that’s what we were going to be charged because we were new to the state, don’t know how true that was. Second our tax return took about a month in a half to come in. When we finally received it the amount that she had told us we were going to receive was not what it was. I called Sandra to understand what was going on and she had a nasty attitude and pretty much said she didn’t know where that missing chuck of money went and that I probably understood wrong. Mind you before we left her office she showed me the amount we were supposed to receive on her computer so I wrote it down right away. Never again will I go here or recommend anyone here.
