The delivery service consistently fails to meet deadlines, causing operational delays. Customer service is unresponsive, and contacting the local terminal is nearly impossible. This lack of reliability and support reflects poorly on your business. I highly recommend seeking alternative propane delivery services.

Consistently do not show up as scheduled to deliver. Customer service is out of country call center with no ability to actually speak to your local delivery center. Seriously considering having them come pick up their tank and moving service to another company.

The only problem we had was when the delivery guy called, his phone number came up as a private number. My phone doesn't accept private numbers. Fortunately, we were home and were able to catch him before he left.

It took weeks to get my delivery. I was rescheduled time and time again. Usually it was because we have outside dogs which I had told the person that set up the appointment that we have them and they are super friendly.One time the excuse was that the ground was to soft due to rain. The truck does not leave my concrete driveway.

Misinformation, inaccuracies, incompetencies, and lies. Employees making delivery promises with no control on delivery, which just creates hardships for your customers. If I would not had purchased propane from another company, we would have run out and had no heat in 20 degree temperature. Your promises of delivery within 24 hours for over 10 days is negligent. We should sue you. I wish you would use my feedback as promotion advertising.

Customer service was very helpful unlike Ferrell gas who never returned my phone call. The young man that came to deliver the gas was professional friendly flexible and competent. Thank you!
