Customer service is horrible. Switched from one outsourced company to Amerigas, only to find out they do the same thing. Had a tank filled when we were below 5%. Driver filled tank and drove off without doing an appliance check, as they're supposed to when your tank is below5%. I made a request to have a rep come back so our propane would work again. Then was charged $800.00 for the tech to come out and do the job the tech was supposed to do when the tank was filled originally.

The web site has not been working for some time. We set up our account, had our inspections, paid the fee and have had several deliveries. However when we recently went to the website to issue an order it was showing that our inspections had not been done which is incorrect. I called support 2 different times the first being told it had been reported and would be corrected. The second time I called after extensive time (20 minutes) I was told it is a system wide issue and is being addressed. It has been several weeks and the problem still exists. I can bypass the welcome page erroneous message and view and make payments, etc. but am unable to order on line or make other updates to the account. Either a big issue with support knowing what is going on or a worse issue with a system wide glitch affecting online ordering which has being ongoing for some time.

Customer service is abominable. Amerigas owed me a discount on my bill for a recent promotion. Kept me on hold for over half hr w multiple customer service transfers. Wasn’t worth the 60$. Hung up…disgusting.

The delivery service consistently fails to meet deadlines, causing operational delays. Customer service is unresponsive, and contacting the local terminal is nearly impossible. This lack of reliability and support reflects poorly on your business. I highly recommend seeking alternative propane delivery services.

Consistently do not show up as scheduled to deliver. Customer service is out of country call center with no ability to actually speak to your local delivery center. Seriously considering having them come pick up their tank and moving service to another company.

The only problem we had was when the delivery guy called, his phone number came up as a private number. My phone doesn't accept private numbers. Fortunately, we were home and were able to catch him before he left.

It took weeks to get my delivery. I was rescheduled time and time again. Usually it was because we have outside dogs which I had told the person that set up the appointment that we have them and they are super friendly.One time the excuse was that the ground was to soft due to rain. The truck does not leave my concrete driveway.
