Set appointment and arrived on time. Staff greeted me and very friendly, was directed to waiting room where only took about 10 mins and was seen by assistant for pre-exam. Was thoroughly explained process and offered more extensive exam at increased price but not pressured. Then returned to waiting room for doctor. After about 5 mins was greeted by doctor and after few questions, both by me and doctor , exam began. After exam a thorough explanation of eye health and option were presented. Was then escorted to main room to look over frames. Assistant explained options costs etc and then allowed to look over frames with no pressure. After trying several, found some that were really good. Sat down with assistant and went over everything and all options. Price was as advertised 69.99 for 2 pair however I did opt for more extensive exam so I did pay more but was expecting that. Paid and out the door in less than hour. Not cheap frames, was kinda assembly line process but never felt rushed, but at that price can't beat it. Overall very pleased. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

They were very helpful and friendly. The manager was very knowledgeable, answered questions and gave advice when asked. I left feeling good about my decisions.

The optometrist was super patient during my exam and explained things thoroughly as well as answered all of my questions. Everyone is very nice.

These people don't care about the patient. I was prescribed glasses.. Well I went in 3 weeks in row telling them my lenses are not correct. I've never wore prescription glasses but they kept telling me, I'm not used to wearing prescription glasses. Give it time they said.. Well 50 days later my glasses are wrong and now I have to pay out of pocket to check my eyes again and pay for correct lens. They are many other stores to go to.

My experience was absolutely great. The optometrist genuinely seemed to listen to me. The best part came when I sat down with Yisel!! She is a gem! She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, super nice and a great close to my appointment there. I honestly haven’t had someone as great as she was in all the times I haven’t gone to America’s Best! I promise you if she helps you you will be PLEASED!

Dr Janine Nguyen was excellent! She explained alot of what was going with my eyes and Yisel was so patient with me while I figured out which glasses i wanted. I'm definitely coming back here!

Had to get new glasses. Was helped by young lady named Monica. She was very professional and friendly. Did a great job. Location in Arlington, Tx on S. Cooper st.
