I took my 2021 Mercedes to American Autotech and I've decided that this is the only place I'll take my car should I ever need any repairs after my manufacturer warranty expires. They fixed my rotors and brakes today (not covered by manufacturer warranty). Ahmed is professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted me over the phone was reasonable and fair. It was also the exact same price I paid once I picked my car up. They know their stuff and I'm comfortable taking my car there.

Customer service is amazing. Cleaned my sun roof drain for free when I had no idea why my car was practically flooding inside when it rained. Just now changed my battery and programmed my BMW in a matter of minutes. Quality work by quality people. Highly recommend!

American is class personified they are quick, efficient, professional, reliable and trustworthy the customer service from sayed Ahmed and pops is outstanding I’ve had a motor put in my vehicle along with numerous other issues and I always leave happy they are truly one of the best if not the best car repair shop in arlington I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great auto repair services I’ll be going back as long as I have a vehicle ?

I've taken my car here twice, once for a major repair after a botched theft attempt and once for an electrical issue, and had really good experiences both times. These guys have taken care of my family’s cars for years and treated them like family. They went above and beyond to make sure my sister and mother’s cars were fixed.
