Super helpful found the perfect cute and comfy shoes for an event I went to. Had a long wait time checking out due to difficult customers and then had someone cut in line to check out. I was hanging out with a friend so just waited but the woman who checked me out noticed was super sweet and apologetic.

Excellent customer service every employee was very nice and helpful. I went for some sandals and end up buying some Barbie tennis shoes so pretty this definitely will be my preferred store to buy shoes and because of the great experience I had today! ♥️♥️♥️

We were in Arlington for the weekend and decided to go to the mall and purchase some shoes from Aldo’s. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a shoe store. Jessica was the absolute best, she catered to our every need. She went above and beyond to make sure that I found the perfect shoes. I even purchased accessories that I was not intending on purchasing, but she was such a great saleswoman I said what the heck.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase some shoes to go to the Aldos in Arlington Park mall and ask for Jessica.

Literally the worst customer service ever. The girl was unbothered just on her phone. I very well could have stolen all the shoes and she would not have looked up. 7/20/2022 at 6:30pm.

It was alright, the employees helped me find a shoe that would fit but i didn’t appreciate the fact that they was trying to sell me a shoe that was on display and was clearly damaged. It was a white pair of heels and the sides were stained with black scuffs marks and so was the bottom, i asked for a discount and they said that they couldn’t. If i am paying $100 for shoes it should be in good condition. The employee simply just told me to wash it off. I was disappointed

It's not very cheap but if I grabbed something I don't recommend it 100% but maybe you'll find what you're looking for.
