This review is for the poor service I received at the Starbucks located inside the store. The lady with a covered head who served me was rude and impatient when I asked her to rescan my member rewards as my Starbucks clipped coupon was not working. She accused me of trying to misuse the coupon or incorrectly ordering my drink, despite the coupon clearly stating that it was valid for any size of any Starbucks beverage. I was very dissatisfied with the service and did not plan to visit this Starbucks location again. There is another Starbucks location across the street with much better service. I did not have the opportunity to speak to the manager at the time as I was with my child. I feel that the lady's behavior was unacceptable and she should be reprimanded for it. She was absolutely rude and she kept looking somewhere else.

Went to Kroger 1st. They had no fresh herbs. Went to Albertsons and they were fully stocked.

Its a very nice store. The employees are friendly. The only reasons I'm not giving 5 stars is the store always has a weird smell to it. Other than that it's a great store

I wish I could put 0 stars. I just stood at the balloon counter for 30 minutes while help was paged twice. The poor lady at the lottery ticket counter was very accommodating but didn’t know how to fill them up. That’s not her fault though, the people she called should have come to help.

Update, went in to grab a couple of pies for Thanksgiving and get the fixings for some sweet potato casserole. As us⁴ual the place was clean and the employees were nice. Highly recommend Albertsons. This store is a great place to shop. Their prices are good and the customer service is wonderful as well.

Love this store.Customer service is fast and easy. The 2 locations for self check out allows for a quick trip.The store is clean,produce is good,a little low on stock but fresh. The scooter carts are always charged up and ready to use.
