Went in for a basic oil change, my car has a normal drain plug on bottom of vehicle . They siphon the oil from the top which I thought was strange. When they finished the oils change and topped it back off they showed me the oil stick which was milky brown color indicating that the old oil was not taken all out .
Forget about calling customer service to let them know , all that was done after speaking with them besides spamming me with emails is sent me a survey on how they did
Would never take my vehicle here id rather take it to a Walmart before I go back here

Was not happy with my visit this was my first Time here I have never been charge $90 for an oil change. Every other place I have gone to has charged me 45 no more than 50 I do not understand why it was almost $100 for just an oil change and to top it all off the receipt says other stuff wasn’t even on there. It says service checklist oil filter replace which it wasn’t. It says air filter clean the oil filter replace wasn’t even replaced so I’m not sure why it was so much money. Disappoint I will no longer be coming here Feel that I was overcharged

Malcolm, Ken & Kenneth were the absolute best. There was a short wait because they were busy with other customers but they explained the process and wait time. I believe my whole time from start to finish was 35 mins. Malcolm explained everything in detail regarding my oil change needs. Ken was very nice and smiled the whole time! Recommend this location for all your oil needs! Thanks for being so kind to me!

Great service from Dillon and Derek! They were all very experienced and informative, courteous and polite. Was told an ETA of 30-45 minutes for oil and inspection. I was third in line, and out of there in under 30 minutes. Seemed like the lunch shift got back and got straight to work. Slightly more expensive than some other places, but you pay for what you get.

Got me in and out with a quickness but also took the time to explain to me everything they were doing during the entire oil change process. Definitely returning to this location in the future.

I had the best experience at this location. I was greeted with a cold bottled water and everyone was so friendly. Malcolm was the main person who helped me and he was a great leader - checking on the other teams, giving advice, etc. The workers all seemed to have great camaraderie and I felt like I was somewhere where people enjoyed their work. Go here!!

This place was okay. The inspector got my car information wrong and I had to go back up there after waiting in line for an hour at the devil for registration.

Just don’t go here. I took my vehicle here for the first time because I was going out of town and needed an oil change and it was one close and open near me. First thought is I don’t think it should be called Take 5 as it takes about a hour before they get to you. Second thought when I was out of town and my car set all weekend. When I was leaving I saw oil spot so I had my brother just look underneath and in the picture you could see. I called because they were open but no one ever answered or did a call back. So I had to wait until Monday. So I had my fiance take my car up there to talk to someone. The lady that he spoke with was nice and very understanding and checked the vehicle without an issue. But another employee wanted to try and put his two sense in and say something but she didn’t allow it. She had mentioned the Friday I got the oil changed done was the same day the Manager quit. She looked under and thank god it was not an oil leak just a case of an employee who did dirty work and didn’t bother taking the belly pan off and wanted to get it done quick. I take my honk back and I will stick with Vavoline or Jiffy Lube. I’ll pay the extra. It’s my fault for trying somewhere new. The lady employee is why I gave it two stars because she handle the situation professionally.

It's a shop ran by kids who are slow and just stand around more than work. Takes 45minutes to an hour to finally get into the bay when it's not even busy.

The employees and experience were great. They cannot offer you the $55 or $89 oil change as they do not have that oil in stock. If you’re going for the convenience, totally worth it. But just a heads up if you’re looking for less than $100! They do have a coupon for though for like $10 off.
