Went in there yesterday to get a stop-I was confused with what I was seeing with the 'valve'-but the ladies there did a fantastic job and set me straight ! Everything went as planned when I reinstalled the valve and water line ! Good job ?

Over 30 years I have been visiting ACE Hardware. First I was told their was construction materials blocking the door a few months ago. No big deal. A few weeks later which is today. I noticed a sign printed and put on entrance door NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Step inside asked you are going to have RESTROOMS right? 5 employees standing around looked at me and one said NO RESTROOMS. I am sure they have reasons. Clean usable bathrooms make money for businesses. Those who do not have, lose a market share percentage without a doubt. What's next the Popcorn? Ya'll will figure it out. Good bye Foster's ACE Hardware it was good 30 year run!

I've been shopping here over 20 years. I'm 70 years old now and have to go pee more than I used to. Today while buying hardware at Fosters I had to go pee. I asked the cashier where the restroom was. She said they don't have public restrooms. According to Texas law passed in 2007, stores must have public restrooms access. I quickly made my purchase, left, and raced about a mile down to the QT gas station to used their restroom. This Foster's hardware store is very inconsiderate to their elderly customers to claim they don't have public restrooms for loyal customers.

I have been coming to this Ace Hardware for years. Brittany and all the staff there have helped me so much on all my projects. They are all very knowledgeable and know exactly where everything is in the store. If you are like me and take on different projects for fun I would highly recommend you visit this store. I basically tell them what I've got and what I want to do and they have guided me in the right direction each and every time.

I called Ace Hardware and asked if they had a plant auger in stock. The young lady was very nice & walked to the department and said yes & described it to me. A few minutes later, my husband goes there and they tell him no auger. I then called and told the person who answered the phone what happened. She said, “You didn't talk to me.” I replied “No I did not.” She then replied, “We were all wearing name tags. Who did he talk to” in a rude tone. I asked if I could speak to her manager. She replied, “I’m the owner.” I told her we will no longer shop at her store.
