Fix your gas pump card readers. I should never have to go inside. Went to a different gas station. I’ll drive a bit further never to go to this one.

Beware of placing a Doordash order for pick up. I placed an order for pickup, got their early and was told no order. Went back after receiving confirmation it was ready, only to get their and was told order was canceled. Showed them receipt to prove it wasn't canceled and store clerk REFUSED to give me the merchandise.
I called Doordash and was told to get refund from merchant who will NOT give me the merchandise or my money.
This store operates unethically.
If you do business with them, BEWARE, you may get ripped off.

******MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING******
Every time that I don't, I get something MANY months past the sell by date. At first, I thought it was a one-off, but this has happened at least 5 times now.

The store is open 24/7 yet the workers refuse to make cooked foods late at night even though there was none readily prepared. So I went another location in Grand Prairie to get my request gladly fulfilled.
I tried the location again late night and same thing. No desire to cook for me. Nothing prepared. Dirty restroom with no toilet paper. Women are expected to use hard brown paper towels.

The worst 7 eleven I have ever been to. They refused to give me my two DoorDash orders after telling me it was going to take an hour before they would be ready with no given reason. There was two of them there that I could see and they were both completely rude and disrespectful. I will never go here again!

Went in at about 1:30am today as I had just got off work at my gas station job. I was told I could not load money on my Netspend card & that it has to be done during the day. I know this is not true because I worked for 7-11 for almost 5 years. And have worked for RaceTrac 4 years & currently work for another gas station going on almost 6 years now... if the employee doesn't know how to load a card then he should just say THAT instead of acting like the customer is dumb. Train your employees better. Or get better ones. ??♀️
