i respect my elders but the white guy who works night shift has horrible customer service he picks and chooses who to greet when walking in also he start mumbling under his breathe whenever he grabs me the wrong cigarette and wanting to go back and forth over which cigarette i said i wanted my brothers hate dealing with him i have a couple friends who also stop coming here at night early morning cause of this dude i love the older indian guy with glasses that’s my guy

This is the ONLY 7-Eleven I’ve seen in the area that was this stocked in the morning. It’s currently 7:36. Usually things are gone by now. Ms. Silvana was very courteous, greeted EVERY customer upon entry and has a very great aura about her. You feel at home when you’re in this store. Will definitely be coming back.

Why even be a 7 eleven member if you don't even get a chance to use your coupons?! I went to save $1 on the screen and the cashier made it go away before I got a chance to even click it. I asked him what the heck and he looked at me like I was stupid?! I'm struggling enough as it is the $1 off could of really helped at a time like this!!! I've also had issues with this same cashier not wanting to accept my change or load my cash app. It's funny my boyfriend can go in right after me and he does it for him?! Really getting tired and fed up, maybe it's time for find a new 7 eleven!

Dont go to this 711 at night if you intend on buying anything with change (nickels/dimes/quarters) etc... guy wont accept it. I guess they dont like money. Ignorant to people who are struggling financially or whatever. Lame.

Came here tonight horrible service by the bearded cashier. He was rude and very unprofessional. I'm all for giving ppl a chance but horrible horrible service. There is way better 7 elevens with much better service.

DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF CARD AT THIS STORE !!! I loaded a Netspend card at this store with $425.00 they gave me a receipt but the money never went on the card ! I contacted Netspend and even had them speak with the manager. They had me contact 7-11 , who "opened a case" but they have done nothing ! That was in March, its been 4 months and dozens of phone calls . They just say they are "still investigating" and "we will expedite your case", but they still owe me $425.00 ! On one call to "customer service", I literally heard a chicken clucking in the background !!! Unbeleivable !

Beware!!! I was double charged on my debit card. It has been one week and still hasn't been rectified but I will call my bank today and never shop there again. Stop trying to steal people's money. Update: The double charge was finally resolved through my bank but this was after many failed attempts to get 7 Eleven to take care of the issue.
