The manager up there his name is Matthew was disrespectful to my mother in law handed her a pizza and bowed to her. He continuously rolled his eyes at her, Refuse to take an order over the phone even though I have been ordering up there twice a week for years. He treated her very poorly, She was just trying to give my kids pizza for Mother's Day

I get that at 1:50am things are slow going but the cashiers little school friends decided to come outside and "make sure I wasn't stealing ice". I don't usually care when teens are doing what teens do but it was dark and he decided to walk up on me and that's just not a good idea for anybody. Went inside and got my items and was held up because the two friends were behind the counter talking to girl and blocking your cashier from being able to check my items out.

There's a little women in there with purple braids and dirty teeth that was so rude with us. I may be passive but I'm not a pushover m The corporate office needs to handle there franchise stores better,!

Unbelievable . How rude ppl go out in public, especially to "work".. I went in , smiled and said " I sorry to bother you but my husband grabbed a large coffee from the, 7-11 a mile away and you can feel.. it's hot, full, and I have receipt.., but coffee isnt fresh, do you mind if I throw it away and grab another?".. She smiled back but with a nice, evil, black, meth mouth smile.."At this point I don't care.. everyone wants something for free" umm wth happened to decent ppl? Being a f hospitable, good person!? And wtf happened to 7-11 corporate monthly checks?? This bathroom was as gross as the last 17 stores. Y'all use to hold employees, management and owners accountable! So... Ike the manager who tried to fight a disabled lady in a Cleburne Tx location.. I saw manager is there nightly.. because employees cant handle her attitude,or personality.. or face. But y'all keep an abusive manager? This lady will have zero happen to her! Which is why ool resort to things like sugar.. in containers.. of letting Air out of the balloons.. yea balloons! Lol.. ppl can take a a** hole for about 14 seconds... Then it's time to bark back. Sometimes.. the bark hurts worse than the bite. .. and thank you for the coffee! Although 4 hours old, the 159th Splenda and 3)4 cup creamer, 7 squirts if vanilla,. Bottle of marshmallows, cinnamon and chocolate sauce.. it actually taste awesome,!
