This 7-11 at 1920 Collins is the worst in the entire metroplex! Ordering through DoorDash is bad enough because they assume you wont complain so theyll get your $ for items you didnt order or want, but just try actually going into the store for pick up or even for putting cash money on your cash app or chime... make sure you get the paper receipt because theyll steal you blind every single time and laugh at you... in another language of course! Thats all after getting through the dozens of homeless people all fighting each other to get to you first. This 7-11 SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Avoid at all cost! Great 7-11 a few blocks away at Green Oaks /Collins that treats you with respect and makes you walk away hoping this perfect stranger behind the counter has a wonderful life simply because of your treatment there feeling he saved your day. A little mellodramatic, but true of my total opposite experiences in one very long night.

Worst gas station ever homeless people always outside little kids selling weed in front the pumps card reader NEVER works and the workers are rude and the gas is over priced DO NOT COME HERE

Excellent Car Wash. The soft foam bristles are small and give a more detailed cleaning. It passes over your car twice with soap. It did a good job cleaning .. very pleased!

I visit the store everyday. I have great service here with the exception of Cordina. Normally when I have a bad customer service I usually chalk it up to "that person's just having a bad day" but Cordina is just rude all the time.I'm sorry but if I walk in and see her behind the counter I'm going to turn around and go to QuikTrip

I have been a longtime patron of this location for many, many years, but I will NEVER return. I was trying to purchase a lottery ticket tonight but the young person could not speak English - she was from India with a very STRONG accent. She became irritated when I ask her to repeat what I wanted - she could not after several attempts. I ask if there was another person working and she said yes. I waited for the person that spoke English to help me - then the lady from India started telling him what I wanted - as if she knew. When I ask the lady not to try and tell her coworker what I wanted - he then stated for me not to be rude. I told him I was not being rude but how in the world could she possibly know what I wanted. After he gave me a 5 min speech on not being rude I told him if he was through preaching I am ready to buy my ticket - he then demanded that I leave. I told him not a problem. Unbelievable -

Went inside at about 1:30am to see workers sleep at the counter. woke up whenever i was ready to check out & was rude. rude & horrible service.will NEVER return to this location.

This 7-Eleven is one of the closest gas stations to my house, and the gas station itself is actually a Chevron, but the convenience store is a 7-Eleven, and I will have to give it 3 stars for a variety of reasons. This 7/11 is always packed -- it's near the exit of a highway and a busy road so it always has people pumping gas and frequenting the convenience store. I do love 7-Eleven's but this one unfortunately doesn't live up to its hype as much. One of the few reasons why I love this brand is that the app is so well set-up -- there's plenty of discounts and deals you can always take advantage of, and 7-Eleven has a pretty good quick-stop food selection; however, this location doesn't seem to always have the best food selection, or it's always out. It's also not the biggest store in general, so the selection itself is pretty limited. But you still have your slurpees and drinks which is fine. The place itself is overcrowded at times and the parking situation is not that great especially if you're not pumping gas. It honestly sometimes seems lowkey dangerous with the people visiting this place. I think overall it's worth 3 stars. Service is most of the time, friendly though they just seem inattentive at times, but hey -- it's a gas station. I'm not expecting much. I think it could be better, but it's one of the more mediocre 7-Eleven's I've visited.

Kind of weird , my gas stopped on its own at $19.89 I paid for $20. I went in to tell the lady, she said I stopped it. I tried to explain I didn't touch it , it stopped on its own but I paid $20. I go back out to hook it up to get my change back and it was at $19.93 all of a sudden. Not sure if I even got what I paid for in gas but I won't come here again with machines acting up like that. She wasn't rude but my feedback is that there was a lack of customer service in regards to listening skills maybe because she was talking to someone on her phone on speaker while working. It's obvious when someone hates their job. I work for King Jesus so I give 100% honor and intentionality at my work place.
