Nice store / friendly staff although this store in particular has there inventory shut off online so say you want to do a in store pick up on a product you can't you have to do delivery

I just walked into the Arlington store to buy a couple pair of shorts and a couple t-shirts. I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed help. My response was that I wanted to "look around". The employee told me I only had 10 minutes to look around and then I had to leave. I understand the whole covid 19 precautions but this is a little ridiculous! I have never been impressed by the customer service here and after today I couldn't give a Rats A$& if this location closed down!Back to online ordering for me, if I even continue to purchase 5.11 products!UPDATE: Shortly after this review I received a message from 5.11 saying thye would send me a discount coupon for.my trouble and that they would talk to the store and get back with me. Guess what???? Never heard another word from 5.11 and never received a coupon. Looks like I'm done with them!Second Update: 3 years later and NEVER heard a word from 5.11 !!! I'm still waiting 5.11....

I've been to several 5.11 stores, I know great service when I see it. This particular store, horrible service. The young lady at the counter seemed very bothered and irritated, just because I wanted to pick up my online order. Won't be back there any time soon.

Working out of town & forgot my work boots. Called the Arlington store to see if they had my size in a particular model and they gladly held a pair for me. Everyone in the store was super accommodating & helpful! Will definitely visit again!

This is my post military post law enforcement toy store. It's kept well as one would expect from a world renouned military supplier, it's bright and clean like 1SGT is expected to come in and the best part? Ever have that desire for a new bag or battle belt or whatnot and saw it online? Now you can go here, see it, touch it, try it on, see how deep those pockets are and such. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE 5.11. Everything I use for work in the Security field is 5.11, as well as many off duty clothes. But I went to this store while on vacation, and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only did they have false advertisements on the signage and refuse to abide by the offers listed, but the manager (who did not look and act like a manager in the least) refused even a 10% discount for the item that was wrongly marked by over 50%. I even told her she should move the sign to prevent further confusion, and it was falsely advertising, and she refused by saying "It's there to get your attention." So she clearly knew who mistakes and wanted to continue making them. My 50+ employee Security company may have to start looking elsewhere for our uniforms and equipment based off this experience.
