do not buy from these guys they do not stand behind their inferior quality parts. Bought a radiator that was built with poor workmanship and the lower mount failed upon installation, we called our sales rep and we were told to "weld it up" on a brand new $1600 radiator. Unacceptable and will not be back to buy again.

I was able to walk and pay for my radiator. To the car no hard time it wasn't a whole bunch of people so it wasn't crowded very friendly atmosphere

Came to return my 392 charger air compressor and condenser radiator and had to deal with a older rude gentleman terrible experience first time here will never come back again black listed forever and I’ll pass the word along to others who come for service terrible place guy seemed racist like he had a problem answering my questions.

I was sent to pick up a rider here whilst doing Uber instead I was given a big box. I met the supposed franchise owner Rick. For my safety of never delivering just a package I called Uber to verify if I can do this. After a lengthy conversation Uber said i was told I can. Agreeing I took the package from 357 Exchange Dr Arlington to 3254 W Seminary Dr Fort Worth.Now there’s no such delivery address on seminary. There’s 3244 then 3250 then it turn into 2900 block. Again jeopardizing my safety! However to accommodate the customer which I did not have to do. I called and asked him to call the person I was delivering to to meet me.He did and two Hispanic men met with me and collected the package at 3244. As soon as I had completed the trip I was deactivated on my Uber app. I was told by Uber that I had an altercation with the supposed customer. I did not I am a very decent person and I do not sink that low to degrade myself.Now whatever lies this Rick told Uber I have lost my privileges of driving and my $1700 I make every three days. Now with this defamation of my character this man has taken away from my lifestyle and my love of driving. You see I really love driving and doing it three days a week for six years with Uber I enjoyed my life.I feel he’s robbed me with his lies to Uber and that’s just not fair. I have contacted fox and abc news because I feel this is just not right. However they asked me to contact Rick to resolved the issue first before they move on. I have tried but I’m getting the gate keepers they say he’s in a meeting and refused to let him speak to me. Therefore I have to return to give this information to the news and also get a lawyer involved. Not a good business to deal with buyers be ware!!!

I had the absolute worst experience in my life with this company. I bought a battery. A week later it broke. I called but I wanted a special battery but they couldn’t get it. Finally I said okay bring whatever. They never showed up. This was day 2. I called again asking where they were, they said that I canceled the order, which I did not. I asked them again to come out. Later in the day I begged the man telling him that my father was on hospice and I was sorry if I was a little angry but I just wanted my car fixed. Herd guaranteed that someone would be at my house at 09:00 am. Which they were not. I call them again. The nice lady thought I was trying to buy a battery. We quickly got everything settled and someone was next to come to my house. As I am typing this no one has come.

Called in order to get a part , the guy that answered was BEYOND RUDE ! Also the website shows that they close at 3pm on Saturday, he stated they close at 2 . Which is misleading. Why work somewhere that requires customer service if that isn’t what you really want to do ?

Worst customer service today, called x . But kept insisting that my part has already been delivered and then switching me to hold without waiting for my response. Been dealing with them over 12yrs but was disappointed today. Its 2pm and I placed the order yesterday evening
