Step 1- Give it a try! We welcome anyone new to CrossFit to try us and our facility for a full week (5 session maximum)…at no cost! Get familiar with the facility, the faces, and the flow of a workout before making any monetary commitment! We Host Classes All Day + Open Gym "Come Early, Stay Late!" CLASS SCHEDULE All classes run approximately 60 minutes, but we encourage our members to come early and stay late! Each class consists of a general warmup, skill development, strength work, and conditioning. OPEN GYM Open Gym is designed to allow extra time for further development of skill, strength, or conditioning. Based on each person’s individual goals, Open Gym can be utilized as a way for extra work before or after our class workout.
