“I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. It is ALWAYS a happy place for me and my dog, and Amanda the groomer is one of my dog’s favorite people. And she is a picky little pooch!”

“Let's talk their Justin location. They have everything a chicken owner could want or need. All the best local grain brands, which is imperative these days. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and has been in the business for years. So whatever livestock you have, a trip here is beyond worth it. Oh and they deliver.”

“We are grateful for Susie’s Snack Shop and their self-serve dog wash. It’s a fantastic set up making it super easy to give our pup a wash between grooms. And we always leave with a sweet treat (or two) on the way out. Their gourmet cookies are a big hit! … Oh, and the staff is always very friendly!”

“Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store.”

“I visit this petsmart once in a while to get my cats nails trimmed usually. The employees in the grooming department are always friendly and informative of what I need to know about my pets needs. They are always quick and gentle with my cat. Always have a smile on their face as I greet them. Cashiers could improve on their customer service but I have not really had any bad experiences. Keep up the good work guys and gals!”

While waiting, the PetCo representatives were very attentive to my needs and helpful in answering questions while browsing through the store. Sandy and I walked out happier than ever.”
“I went in to purchase their Just Food for Dogs food and they didn't have the turkey kind I was looking for. I saw an associate by the name Kaleb and asked for his help! He was so through and helpful and just overall went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed, I got. It was so nice to see someone not just try to quickly answer a question and move on, he was very thorough, helpful, pleasant and made the experience way better!
