I was new to High Fitness. This has been a great way to jump in and be very supported. In the class you alternate between cardio and toning moves. The moves are fun and your heart rate is definitely elevated. Tanya, the instructor, is friendly and courteous. I feel great after every session!

The class is an amazing way to forget you’re actually exercising! Music is current & the moves are designed to tone all the right places to “hurt so good”! I usually walk away with my cheeks on fire ? ... from smiling the entire time & also those pulsing lunges! Love, love, LOVE my girl Tanya !
