Genuinely Helpful Person! Highly recommend her as an honest realtor with YOUR best interest at heart! Traveling through town on our way to Dallas, we found ourselves in immediate need of a public notary. First options on our quick Google search, on the highway, on a Sunday afternoon, we called, and Erica was immediately available (actually conducting realtor business within 5 mins of our location, what are the odds?!). She was instantly on the case and willing to work us in with her home buying clients. We are very thankful for her person focused mindset, it would have been so easy to say it wasn’t a good time, but she accommodated for us, complete strangers. Give her a call, we assure you, she won’t disappoint!

Erica is not just any realtor. She goes way above and beyond for her clients. We were blown away by her customer service, professionalism, friendliness, competence and drive to do her job with excellence. She heavily advertises the pre-sale, open houses and more. Her incredible advertising through mailers, signage and the internet helped us sell our home so quickly! She also went above and beyond in helping us find our new, forever home! Not only did she show us homes and keep us up to date on listings but she knocked on doors of homes not for sale that were what we were looking for! Within a week of listing our home she helped us find our new home and it all went so smoothly thanks to her hard work! She works so well with other realtors and was a great advocate! I cannot imagine going through buying and selling a house without her! She’s the BEST! We will always be grateful for her!

The "normal" process of selling your home, looking for a new residence along with moving can add an inordinate amount of stress to your life. Add in the variables of an evolving and changing dynamic within your household and the intensity increases.In dealing with several realtors during the course of my life, specifically this past year selling multiple properties, I can unequivocally state that Erica's level of knowledge, professionalism and ability to simply address issues before they arise are outstanding and unparalleled.Dealing with situations beyond what I would expect a realtor to address is one of the many attributes that sets Erica and the services she provides apart from other realtors.She made us feel like family during a time where things were strained and where I was not able to be present to deal with issues a seller would typically take care of.Her knowledge and professional resources to not only care for our house, present it to the market in an exceptional manner and resolve issues so that it would be presented in the best possible way are at a level I have rarely seen.Erica is an outstanding person who is also kind, caring, thoughtful and truly took care of us along with so many issues we should have addressed, again essentially "getting things done" before we even had time to be aware of them.She reduced the amount of stress we were going through, made selling our home a smooth process along with getting the best possible outcome for our sale.I am grateful for her and the way she took care of our family.You are in the best of all possible hands with Erica.

Not all heroes wear capes! Erica is one of our heroes and this is not lightly stated. Erica has literally walked the extra mile and figuratively slayed dragons for my family. Erica helped us with the sale of our prior home and purchase of our new home at the same time. To clarify we knew we had outgrown a long term home but did not know what we wanted or how picky we were for our future home. Erica spent the needed time to help us for hours in a proverbial hot selling market. She helped us learn where we wanted to live and the style of home we sought. She then went out and found it. Erica did not just look at the current listings. Erica literally walked miles in the heat of summer talking to home owners. She went door to door in the neighborhood we wanted and sought potential sellers in the area we identified. I am not making this up.Erica is organized and professional but extremely personable too. She professionally juggled the prep of our prior home as she navigated the purchase of our forever home. Erica had a host of "go to" professionals from inspectors, carpet people, and a title company to name only a few. She anticipated the potential problems and had the solutions. She found professionals and materials during the supply chain challenge of Covid. Erica made it look easy. She also kept us calm during a stressful time as she took the lead and found multiple offers for our home on the first day it was on the market. She pointed out not only the price points offered but the flexibility of the potential buyers. Her professionalism and positivity were so assuring and helpful as we had not even come close to locating much less the purchase of our future forever home.Erica always kept her professionalism. Erica also navigated several significant pitfalls that we came across with the seller of our future home and the house. I refer to this as the slaying of dragons. Erica was resourceful in again having a staff of professionals to address everything thrown at her in the process. More than just that she had an assuring warmth of personality even in the face of time delays, seller issues, covid related issues. Erica knew just who to speak to and how to address everything from irritants to true potential deal breakers.Erica's professional service included communication that could not be beat. Besides always being available by phone or text. She made these informative texts and videos of her searches, progress, and items that we should look for or expect. These were extremely helpful to keep us all on the same page and organized. Erica helped us with items we had not even considered. (Also, they had timestamps. I knew she was working all hours of the day and night to get the best possible outcomes.)Above and beyond in service. Erica recognized the stress that my family was experiencing and at one point sent us a gift of tickets to a waterpark to include beach towels and even a gazebo pass so my family could get away and cool off. Erica was not just there for the sale. She showed professionalism of her salesmanship but also caring of craft.The sales occurred and I could end this review with "And they all lived happily ever after." Erica however continued to be a hero when she didn't need to be. Erica had people at our new home to proactively take care of a few items that hadn't even crossed our minds. Again, her expertise radiating. She even sent my family pizza the first night. Erica's service did not end at the sale. My family had a few problems with our new home after the sale. She was able to make a few phone calls and the company who caused the problem amazingly changed their attitude and position on the matter.Erica is beyond a five star professional. I highly recommend her and my family truly sees her as a friend and a hero.

Erica exceeded our expectations every step of the home selling process.. She did a fantastic job making our home picture perfect, quick to get it on the market, and always available to answer our questions. In addition, Erica referred us over to relocation services and the moving experience went smooth and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Erica for all your real estate purchases and/or the sell of your home.
