Disappointed that they wouldn't return my product after only being 2 days past their return policy in lieu of the stay at home mandate you would think they would be a little more forgiving because of the circumstances .

I was so happy to find a local vendor that sells and repair their facial equipment. The store is well stocked and Marcy will take good care of you. I haven't used my 9-1 multifunction yet but will update soon.

I cant say enoughgood things about this company! My fuse blew out on my 2 year old steamer. What I thought was an easy fix with just replacing the fuse, turned into a disaster. The entire fuse box reservoir melted, I'm sure from prolonged use. Marc was available to help, send parts and was extremely accommodating. I am very very pleased and blown away by the customer service I've received from this company. I will continue to purchase all my equipment for my skincare spa from EMark Beauty!
