They will not answer the phone. The automated phone system is very poorly designed and is totally inadequate as is their web portal and smart phone application. The only thing this pharmacy provides is grief.

Update, 2 years later this location continues to suck even worse now at customer service, actually no service. Poor corporate management, poor policies, they treat customers like dirt.
Go to Walgreens, Kroger or Walmart pharmacies.
AVOID this cvs ! My experience, the pharmacy manager and staff are VERY slow, rude and full of excuses for why they have super long lines and angry customers. Still blaming covid for their failure to do their jobs properly. Very poorly managed CVS with no apparent concern for customer service. Try phoning this pharmacy and see how long you are kept on hold.....20 minutes ??
Avoid this cvs and go to Kroger or Walgreens, even Walmart for better service, no excuses and professional courteous treatment.

If I could give 0 I would. Every time I come here there’s some reason why I cannot pick up a script that I’ve waited days for or it’s their lunch break. You’re a pharmacy, switch off for lunch break like the rest of healthcare does… they’re no need for EVERYONE to eat lunch at the same time. Due to this, I am not able to get my daughter’s Epi pen, a life saving drug bc of the expiration of the script. I would have to wait MORE time than I already have wasted (at least an hour between all the waiting) to wait for another script from her allergist just to get a new script to satisfy the pharmacy date that may or not be available.

Terrible store. The new layout is a disaster and there's never anyone around to help you. The pharmacy is slow and chaotic.

Call goes directly to the voicemail. Never answers the call. And they can’t even verify with insurance about the prescription sent by doctors. They don’t get the urgency of treatment.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Long wait times, they do not answer the call, and they treat you bad when you finally get to speak to someone about picking up your medicine. It’s normally a 30 minute wait in the drive thru.

If you want to call and speak to a real person for help try somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible. Their phone system is terrible so you cannot get through to anybody and the automatic system will literally hang up on you and tell you try again later. They never order my medicine. So I called in for a refill and then I have to wait weeks before they actually get it in even though I have to have these pills everyday and theyve done this probably 6 times! I’m switching pharmacies. This place is completely out of line and does not care if you get the meds you need to save your life. Theyre just there for a paycheck.

Pulled up at 5:55pm and they closed the doors to the pharmacy. Insane. An important script was transferred here.

I am FED UP with this pharmacy. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the Argyle/Northlake area has grown so rapidly for the last two years and it's one of the closest pharmacies, but with the insane wait times both drive through and going inside and it hasn't gotten better, I can no longer give them grace. They turned off being able to call the pharmacy and you can only leave a voicemail. My dad has been trying to get a medication filled for a month and has left voicemails with no call back. I have a medicine that is considered a controlled substance that I have to call in and get refilled because sometimes my doctors appointments for this medication come before I need a refill and I can't even trust that I can call in or get a call back to get this handled. I even tried to have the store patch me through, but they said they's get in trouble. CVS might as well shut the pharmacy down and just sell the limited supply of stuff in stock that they have. If you're getting too many calls maybe rotate out pharmacy tech to have call duty, there has got to be a better solution than sending everyone to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous.

Even though the product was out of stock, the team member there is always willing to help. I appreciate how he always stops and says let me just double check the system
