This pharmacy is awful. Has been consistently bad for 2 yrs. I've had to switch to a Kroger. They are SO MUCH better! It's a shame, CVS is very close to my house. Every doctors office we go to says the same thing. CVS on 377 is the worst pharmacy! These reviews are very factual!

Cvs needs to figure out how to treat customers. The pharmacy closed for lunch daily which is not a problem. But when people are in line we'll before the time they close, it is not appropriate to turn people away just because the person in front of someone took 14 minutes to het their prescriptions. Figure it out cvs! Unacceptable.

Incompetent Pharmacy staff. Losers can't even fill prescriptions timely or correctly. Don't go here if you want a good pharmacy this place sucks

Slow slow slow. If you need to pick up a prescription, block off a significant amount of time. It's unbelievable how slow this place is. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and I have been the 2nd car in line the whole time. I may need to check on the driver in front of me to see if he's still breathing.

I went to pick up my sons anabiotic to help his infection and his fever at 7:57 I am inside in the line and I’m told that they cannot assist me because they close at eight. If it’s 757 pm May n mlk day
when I get into the line I should be served -Period. It was an easy anabiotic pick up that had been called in at 5 o’clock and I didn’t get a text until 630 that it was ready. I asked if they could make any exception because of my son meeting the anabiotic that night and I was told no. So I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes for the 24 hour CVS on Teasley to transfer the prescription then wait another hour be out at 11 o’clock at night to go get his prescription on a school night

They need more help. The drive thru is outrageous and the last time I went inside to Pick up a prescription I waited 46 minutes in line. Previous time I got a text the prescription was ready yup Find out later they didn't even have it in stock. Unacceptable. Unfortunately because of my insurance I have to use cvs

go to ANY other location. What a shame. prime location, terrible service. If you like V waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone you will love it here! They don't care. Use S&J or any other pharmacy in the area. STAY AWAY

This place always seems chaotic in the pharmacy and you can't understand the worker at the pharmacy window. They are one of the worst locations. The wait and confusion is the worst. This place needs new pharmacy management. Walgreens should buy this location out. They simply do not care about customer service.

I have been a customer here since the first week they opened - but no more - the waits inside are unreasonable and forget using the drive through - the Pharmacy is supposed to open at 10 AM and I was there at 10 AM the one person in line ahead of me left after waiting until 10:10 with no service - I waited until 10:30 Am and was never served - no courtesy sign like we can't serve you at the drive through right now or anything- I went in and the6 said they would get the store manager for mr - I was assured several times she would be right there, but she after many more minutes of waiting - I left - I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy this week. If this were a one time problem - I would probably ignore it but this is the straw that broke the camel's back - the whole staff should be fired and replaced

I wish I could rate this place lower! I've been coming here for a few years... due to proximity to my house. Every time I come here I am waiting at least 30-45 minutes to pick to a prescription. Either this place needs to implement new policies or hire additional staff. I've come to pick up prescriptions during "operating hours" and been turned away. Please adjust your business model.

You will die before you get your Rx or anyone to assist you. Multiple times I have waited in a very long drive thru line and have gone home empty handed. Want to call and talk to a real person? Good luck. Just got home to find out they didn't mix the antibiotic.... I have a couple of bottles of powder. Considering telling my son it's fundip.

This store has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Just moved to town and all 3 times I’ve ever needed consult, I’ve NEVER had anyone pick up the phone. This is unacceptable. Sick child and unreliable care is a huge disappointment. ?

Literally the line to get a prescription is ridiculous. I've never had a longer line at any other pharmacy. I just sat in line for over 30 minutes and only had four cars in front of me. So ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars for the pharmacy I would. The fine blonde lady with zero personality advised me my medication would be in last night. I go in today, it's Saturday, and it's not there and won't be until Monday. Then she has the nerve to say, "what do you want me to say?", with the snarkiest attitude. I told her for starters, apologize. She then walks away. This will be the last time I do business at this location. That woman needs to be be trained in basic customer service. It's not that hard to apologize when you fail to keep your word, and it would make a difference in how the paying public views your business.

Unfriendly pharmacy staff. Did not want me to apply GoodRX coupon. Claimed they already applied discount but did not. Never have medicine in stock. There is a reason they have a 1 star.
