If I could give less stars I would. I went online and signed up for a site on a Sunday. Said contactless sign up. I completed my lease and got a code. I went out to the site BECAUSE NO WHERE ON THE FORMS said you can’t enter on a Sunday even though I got an access code. I called the number and emailed asking for assistance. When I was informed that the mngr would return my call to assist me. After an hour I waited and called again and was told I needed to wait for the mngr on the next business day. They should put that on their website. They should not allow you to sign up for a site and give you a code if you have to wait until business hours.

My husband and I have been moving this last week and it turned out we didn’t quite have the space we needed…. The ladies at storage king are absolutely amazing. The service is unmatched, Shannon is an Angel! The upper management does any and everything to be communicative, prompt, and respectful. Every question I had was answered, every concern put to rest.
