Called about a roof leak and got a call back instantly. The rain made it unable to repair that day, but Carlos came by after the call and helped me with a roof tarp. The repair was excellent- I personally saw the wood repair before the shingles were put back on. The quoted price before repair was the price I paid, no surprises. It was very competitive. Mr. Carlos Rivera is a very honest business man. Did a good job repairing my roof leak. Very reasonable with his quote and delivered as he promised. He also gave me a 5 year warranty. Will contact him again for additional work.

I highly recommend Carlos and his Team!! There is nothing like waking up in the morning to hear a leak in your home and to see water leaking from your ceiling. In a quick inspection noting that it was coming from the roof. We contacted White Star Roofing in hopes they could help as it was scheduled to rain all day Saturday with a break Sunday and then more rain on Monday. Carlos asked if I could send him a few pictures which I did and he responded could be out Sunday to look at the issue and possible he could have repaired the same day. He also advised that if this could not be done in a day he could tarp the area to protect our home until all repairs could be completed. Carlos is very professional; answered all my questions; arrived on Sunday and looked over the entire roof. He advised what needed completed to repair the leak and also shown me some other issues found during the inspection but could also take care of that day if I wanted the work done. I agreed and all the repairs were completed the same day and more rain came as expected. Carlos touched base with us to make sure there were no leak which there were none. In todays world there are few companies that will follow up to make sure the repairs had taken care of all the issues you had and to provide that level of service. Carlos and his team are great and professional. When the time comes for another roof repair if needed and or replacement we will be calling White Star Roofing again to have Carlos and his team out to complete the job. White Star Roofing is an amazing company to work with. I’m really impressed with how fast they work and Carlos knowledge and response time. Carlos is easy to work with he is professional and very reasonable, he explains the process and made sure all work was completed properly. White Star Roofing did an outstanding job on our last two roof repairs good quality and great customer service. He also send pictures and invoice right after work is completed incase you need to send to your insurance company. I gladly give White Star Roofing an A+ rating! My job was a small one. I have an older home & chimney area was leaking, along with some racoon damage. I phoned & Carlos came over the next day. He walked the roof & gave me an estimate that sounded fair. We agreed on a date. He showed up on time with his crew & completed the job that afternoon! They didn't leave until I was satisfied every detail had been addressed & fixed to my satisfaction. The whole job stayed within budget & did not exceed estimate. I can recomend White Star roofing, hands down. I choose them because of all the positive reviews I read. I'm glad I did.
