“Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. We turned the unit on and off, checked for any interference with the fan and the case etc. Ken finally figured out the 4 little nuts holding the fan/motor to the top case were slightly loose from the factory. He tightened them and the loud clang was gone! Great job Ken! No charge too.”

“My husband's phone was turned off. No one could tell us why. We were on the phone with representatives for 24 hours to no avail. Finally, a rep on the phone said, "we should just get a new Sim card." We went to our local TMobile on W. Fuqua in Houston. We got the card, went home, and still nothing. My husband went back to the store, and that's where Cynthia comes in. I believe she is the store manager. She worked with my husband for 2 hours until she got to the bottom of why the phone was not working. I want to publicly thank her for her tenacity and relentless efforts to make sure we received the best possible customer service. Kudos Cynthia. Thank you for being you. You were a tremendous help, and TMOBILE is lucky to have you!”

“T-Mobile is located off of west Fuqua and sit across the street from Jack in The Box beef and buns barbecue place they sit in a shopping center with family Dollar, Delta dentist,Pizza Hut is next door to T-Mobile and then you have a barber shop, H.R. Block tax service And and you have a beauty supply store, in the shopping strip cuz other stores too etc even CVS.”
“Always a good pick. Not as big as other locations but carries all the basics as needed. Never a long wait in line. Plenty of parking available. The only department that's not stocked often enough is make-up and cosmetics. However, there is an Ulta 2 stores down. Clean location and helpful and available staff.”

Lina helped me out proactively. I was impressed by their contingency reaction. I bought a 7502G, the design is fabulous. The fan is strong and quiet. My wife loves it. Highly recommended!! Must get one.”
