If their intention was to scare off customers it definitely worked…the guy stands in front of the store mean mugging while smoking a cigarette when we pull in front of the store. How unprofessional!!! Makes you not even want to enter the store.

Had a great experience here pawned my item like over a few months ago and when it got it out nothing broken nothing missing and really great customer service from both of the workers that were there Jancey, and Diego helped with no problem highly recommend.

Brought in some jewelry. The guy behind the counter began inspecting the diamond rings, and necklaces, calling over two of the other woman. After much looking back at me, and the jewelry he handed them all back with a "could not do anything on them".Made for a very unpleasant, and rude experience.Took them to another place in Alvin, and got cash for it all. Went home with a few hundred dollars in game consoles I was looking for.

Went back because first experience was great. Second time the lady helping us had an awful attitude and made me feel like me and my boyfriend were interrupting her day. I wanted to look at bags but she couldn't be bothered. Was really short when talking to me.

The lady who I assume is the manager was very rude and very dry. The entire time I was there, she made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll never go back there.

Walked in with my husband and was greeted by Justice and Jancy. They were nice and tried to help me find what I was looking for. I asked a couple of questions about items I was considering bringing in and they didn't mind answering. They weren't willing to give me what I wanted on selling an item there and couldn't give me a firm offer until they saw it which I do understand. I didn't find the item I was looking for but will definitely be coming back as they do have a great selection of electronics and good customer service.
