“I was staying on the coast July 2025. My car overheated just as I was about to go back home before the weekend. I was referred to this shop. They could tell right away that the radiator cracked and I needed to replace (no other known related issues, at the moment - though I did already replace radiator with a completely different shop less than 2 yrs ago). That was evening and luckily I was able to come back one more business day and the part I needed would be coming from nearby. I requested the part and replacement the next morning. Keith and all the men at his shop at that time were honest, very kind toward me and the situation and helpful and I could tell they wanted me to get back home safely. They even showed me how cracked it was when they pulled it out. I really appreciated all of this and was glad I hadn't gone very far from town when it happened and that they were able and ready to take care of my vehicle needs here. I was really grateful and was able to return home safely hours away.”
