If I could give 0 stars I would I've been in this store twice once in April to sign up and last month my bill was supposed to be 127 the lady was like oh no that's high let me fix this now mind ot it was the same woman who signed me up she got my bill to 13 dollars in change and fixed my husband phone cause fell in water and said to the gentleman there u can make it as a sale watch this so lng story short hasn't been in there sense I was happy but I got a text saying 177 was due I called customer service called the store had her o. 3 way she prorated a frigging prepaid account and no one told me I asked who manager was she said she was customer service Said that they were giving the store a week to fix it and it's not so I had to pay it they are scam artists here and screw you over the funny part is she stated I come in every other day to have her contact my laptop to internet lmfao I don't have a laptop ild like to see the video of me in there this ain't over I'll be getting my money back weather it's hire a lawyer or the store owner calls me I put a complaint against them

This place is a ripoff. I signed up for auto pay yet every month I have to go to the store and get my WiFi turned back on. They are that desperate for the $5 in store payment fee. I guarantee this is the last month I use Metro. Good riddance! If I could give negative stars I would!!!

Was totally lied to. Told phone plan was 75.00 a month. Ended up being 90.00. Plus is the worst service I ever had. Internet is horrible and most of the time not usable. So sorry I switched.

Gloria the manager has no business working there!! Has no idea how to even change from an old phone to a new one! The only thing she’s good at is increasing and changing your rate plan WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT! My dog could do a better job and she’s supposed to be a manager!!! Only reason she has 1 star from me is because there has to be one to leave a review!!!

I came in to get internet, Martin and the lady were so kind and helpful and very patient . Very knowledgeable and didn't take long. I recommend this place.

Employee not knowledgeable about services sold. This area does not have employees that are well trained. Covid has made experienced people seek different employments and new employees just need more time and experience.

So I was having trouble with my old service provider, decided to stop in and see what kind of deals were available after being referred by a friend. EMILY IS AMAZING!!! I had a wonderful experience with her. She treated me very nicely and gave me no issues whatsoever! I was able to keep my old number and get a new phone for a third of the price I would have paid with my old provider. Can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks again Emily!

It wouldn't let me leave a review with zero stars, so I have to give them one undeserving star. This is the worst place you can go to. If possible, just go to Corpus. They need to hire new staff at this location. Just awful to deal with these people.

updating this review because we've been with them for a few months now.We got an "unlimited" plan with Metro since it was cheaper than Verizon and was supposed to have better reception. it works ok for basic stuff but if you're doing anything besides watching YouTube in 240p or basic Google searching, you're out of luck. no one told us as we were getting brand new phones with them that the "unlimited" comes with a lot of fine print. once you use 35gb, your data slows down and disconnects so much that it's basically unusable. about 5 days before my bill was even due last month, I had to reboot my phone several times a day to even get an internet connection at all.also don't get their service if you care about your privacy or don't have wifi. they're going to put you through a lot of headache if you use their service as the only way you connect your phone to the internet.
