During our most difficult time, Lindsey treated us with such respect and patience. She walked us through the whole process, always available to answer any questions we had and she made sure that every request was met fully. She even checked on our well being. The funeral home is very well taken care of. Very clean and neat. The staff made us feel very welcomed even though our hearts were broken. Thank you Lindsey for everything. I can not thank Lindsey at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home enough for all the guidance, support, and comfort she gave me and my family with the passing of my mother. I do not know how I would have navigated this difficult time without her. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was as my mother and our family wished. They are ALWAYS compassionate, professional and accommodating. Our family will ONLY USE CHARLIE MARSHALL. I used Charlie Marshall's in Aransas Pass for my fathers military services in 2017. I was so pleased with their services that when my brother passed this year in the Houston area, I immediately contacted them to manage my brothers final arrangements. My fathers services were beautiful, included full military honors and a large group of people. My brothers services were very private. It was also complicated by autopsy, transport and the very uncaring/unprofessional funeral home that had originally taken possession of my brothers remains.As soon as we decided to have our brother sent to Charlie Marshalls (3 hours away) our anxiety was gone. Lindsey was amazing at keeping me up to date every step of the way. I felt as though she knew and loved my brother as much as I did. Even though I was making these arrangements from my home in California, I knew everything would be handled properly.My point is this, even though the size, and dollar amounts, on these two events were very different, the level of care did not change. The level of professionalism did not change and THAT is what every family deserves.
