Andrew and Jodi at the Boat Lodge are quick to respond and have been a pleasure to work with. We have our boat, RV and a couple of units. This is a secure facility with many extra amenities. It is a quick drive to Cove Harbor or Conn Brown Harbor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.

We have been storing or 30 Ft Travel Trailer at Boat Lodge now for two years. We did our homework and chose this wonderful facility for the great amenities ! Secured gate access, Wash Bays, Onsite ice machines very clean restrooms !! The overhead doors are easy to open and close and provide great overhead clearance and door width for backing in. Andrew is always great to work with as well. If you are looking for a facility to store your boat or RV with the amenities they have available, you have found the right place !!

Secure facility that has clean restrooms with A/C, Ice machines, nice wash bays to wash the boat and flush your motor, air compressor to air your tires. The barns are big with easy to open and lock 12 foot overhead doors. All concrete driveways, by far the best boat storage in the Rockport area.

Very nice facility. Free wash bays for boats and ice machines on site. Very secure. Great service. I have two outside spaces.

This is by far the nicest, most secure "Storage Place" for your Boat or RV.
Wash bays, Ice Machines, and Super Clean Restrooms are just a bonus.
Andrew and Team are amazing, and will treat you like family.
Highly recommended !!

This is the best dry storage anywhere. As others said, it has great facilities and keep the place up with daily maintenance. If you have an issue or need help, they will send someone out immediately. That said, it has become very expensive. Since the new ownership corp took over, my rate has gone up 63% including a rate hike again next month. There will be a point where the great quality exceed the value. It's getting close.

This place is great! You don’t have to run around town to flush your motor and clean it up, the storage place has wash bays, engine flush hoses, air compressors and best of all, industrial ice machines.

We needed a place to keep our travel trailer for a few months while we sold it. The owner is very friendly, and got us setup while he was out of town as we needed to move it right away. It’s very safe, well maintained and clean. We had absolutely no issues and I would recommend out of any of the other storage places nearby.

I am from Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We have more boat storage facilities than any other lake or ocean city I have visited. Boat Lodge is well thought out with many amenities and is as nice or nicer than what we have in Lake Havasu City. Chris, and Cindy were outstanding, and the new owners appear to be just as pleasant to do business with.

The Boat Lodge recently changed ownership and became The Storage Place - Boat Lodge. Within approximately one month, the new owners went up significantly on the rent. Our rent went up $30.00.We were in Rockport last week (May 14 - 22). The Storage Place had overflowing trash in one wash bay and the restrooms were not clean. So far, not impressed.When it was The Boat Lodge it was consistently clean and very well maintained. Never had any issues.We gave the review 4 stars because the storage unit, itself, is still very nice and we hope the new owners / management will step up to earn the additional rent. We shall see......
