  The equipment could use some updates. I've had problems with the card readers and change machines.

  Edit: Refund was given same day. We did use the self serve with no issues.
  
  We paid for a carwash, but nothing happened. Clearly it's broken, but there is no note. Called for a refund and hoping they get back to us soon.

  Marine flush hose and pvc pipe water supply are busted.
