“I was staying on the coast July 2025. My car overheated just as I was about to go back home before the weekend. I was referred to this shop. They could tell right away that the radiator cracked and I needed to replace (no other known related issues, at the moment - though I did already replace radiator with a completely different shop less than 2 yrs ago). That was evening and luckily I was able to come back one more business day and the part I needed would be coming from nearby. I requested the part and replacement the next morning. Keith and all the men at his shop at that time were honest, very kind toward me and the situation and helpful and I could tell they wanted me to get back home safely. They even showed me how cracked it was when they pulled it out. I really appreciated all of this and was glad I hadn't gone very far from town when it happened and that they were able and ready to take care of my vehicle needs here. I was really grateful and was able to return home safely hours away.”
“Mr Rick personally took care of my electrical issue(s) on my vehicle that had left me scratching my head. These issues had a domino effect. Went and talk to him on Thursday, and he told me to come by the following morning to drop it off. Come Friday at 8am, I show back up at his shop, dropped off my vehicle, and he had it back to me within a few hours with issue(s) rectified. I’m from out of state working , and I stay in Aransas. Because I stayed less than a mile away from his shop, Mr Rick further helped me out, and didn’t hesitate in giving me a ride to and from where I reside. Everyone there is courteous, professional, attentive, and go the distance!!
A coworker of mine, who is from out of state as well, also went to Wright Brothers, and had referred them to me. He had some work done on his vehicle with deeper extensive issues, and had boasted about the outstanding quality of work performed. Over a year later… still no issues ??. I had the oil changed in my 2022 F150 Raptor a couple of weeks back at a Take 5 where they found a fluid leak (thought it was transmission but tough to tell without removing the skid plates). I had the truck further evaluated by the folks at Commercial who found out it was actually differential fluid from the front pinion seal. Fixed the truck promptly (with no charge under warranty) and also performed multiple recall fixes that I didn't explicitly ask for. Truck drives better than before service.
A little out of the way from Corpus, but it was a much better experience than I've had with the in town dealers. Highly recommend.”
