I get my car washed on average once a week and continue to say there has to be a better place. The wash is average at best but I have to send a big thank you to the manager. I pulled up at 7:30am when they open. I sat there while he and his crew just sat on the bench outside ignoring the fact a customer had pulled up. I thank you because now I am motivated to never come back and over pay for a bad wash. The value was always questionable for the end result but now combine this with poor service and I can pass by this place in peace.

This is my usual go-to for a quick exterior wash. Granted I usually only go when I can purchase the Groupon deals, but there is a limit on how many deals you can purchase so I haven't been in a while.Minus a star because the kid at the entrance to the car wash (who guides you in and uses the brush to manually soap your front and rear bumpers) solicited me for a tip. Minus another star as the availability of the free towels is inconsistent.

Got the $25 wash. Wheels did not get cleaned. Other areas of the car were still dirty. Used the vacuum afterwards and when the water dried there were water spots on the windows. Definitely not the best bang for your bucks.

Paid $60 with $20 tip. The car wash was good. The guys doing the vacuuming did a really good job. The language from the staff/kids inside was awful. Lots of cursing, arguing over who had to go vacuum, and playing rock paper scissors to decide. The f word was used repeatedly. Used the one by the Grove on 150 on 6/5 around 4:00.

Paid for the full $60 wash and tipped $20 only to sit inside and see streaks on my windows, the coffee split in the cup holder not cleaned, rims weren't cleaned all the way, water droplets all over the console screens. Not worth it when kids are cleaning the cars. They don't car. Not worth $60 or tipping. Better luck to go through the wash and clean the inside yourself if you just need the vacuums and cleaners.Edit: I got home and realized the mold on top of my car and the dirt in my trunk wasn't even cleaned..

$1.25 for just few minutes is not enough time to wash the car.Preferably to pay $ 1.50 and add an extra minute.On my personal opinion since I wash my car, every week of the year, $1.25 for few minutes, is too expensive.

I genuinely wish I could leave 0 stars. This is some of the worst service I have ever received. I went on a very busy Saturday to just get a basic car wash. I drove up to the machine and for some reason, the machine wouldn't take my card. There were two men working on the machine next to the one I was using. I politely asked if they would please help me because I wasn't sure why it wasn't working and I couldn't get out of the line because there were so many cars behind me. AND THEY IGNORED ME! I asked again because I thought they didn't hear me and they ignored me again. I was so uncomfortable because so many people were in line and I didn't know what to do. Thankfully the man behind me in his truck got out to help me. If he hadn't of helped me I'm not sure what I would have done. I finally found some cash in my car and was able to get it to work. As I was leaving the car wash, a man driving a CUSTOMERS TRUCK nearly wrecked into me. I had to lay on my horn and was astounded that he blew pasted me completely unfazed. I ended up calling back a few hours later and asked to speak to the manager because the service was THAT bad. I got a girl on the phone and she told me she would leave my name and number with the manager and that he would call me back. And big surprised, he never called me back. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have come to Anthony's on multiple occasions and their gates rarely work. today not only did the gate not work but I had to go inside to find an employee to help. My 10 minute car wash turned into a 40 minute fiasco. My best recommendation is to find another car wash somewhere nearby or do it yourself

I've been to both the one in Hoover and Pelham with the same result. When you pay $45 for FULL Service, I expect FULL service. Both times they didn't even clean the wheels until told them they hadn't been cleaned, water still on the back window and under vent visers causing spots... inside windshield looked like it was cleaned with a dirty sock. Interior still had dust, dog hair no treatment of any kind used on the dash, doors or leather seats... I spent $32 in Florida for the same Service which was way better.
