The local delivery form this store is erroneous, they delivered my package to an incorrect address. These people don't bother to check the right address. I had to struggle a lot to identify the receiver and get my package, won't recommend.The staff in the store charge $5.50 for envelope. I created my courier lables online, and they are suppose to give me the envelope as part of the booking, but they charged me separately. Their answer is you have to ask for it. This is not the case of Fedex. I get very good service from Fedex.

We love this location. The staff is patient and friendly. Reading these reviews cracks me up. Self entitlement at its best. Not all amazon packages can be dropped off without boxing or labels. The details of shipping are given when requesting a return. I know some of my returns have to be in original packaging and I have to print the label. This location has fast service, drop off is easy and fast. The prices are better than FedEx. We are paying for convenience and faster delivery than the usps. I canpromise usps or FedEx (Sherman) is not going to print my label for me. They are going to have the same response. Come prepared or come back when you are. Keep doing a great job.

It's been a few months since I dropped off an Amazon return, and truth be told, I didn't realize you could do more than one return at a time until recently, ha. I would go to the counter and do one return at a time, and the Wi-Fi is not that great, so it would be very time-consuming. No matter how long it takes, the staff has always been patient and greeted me with a smile. Yesterday I had two returns, and I forgot to select the multiple returns, so now my anxiety is building up because I'm waiting in line, and more people are coming in, and the line is growing. However, waiting in line allowed me to watch Kam, JC, and Dez as they interacted with the customers. These young men were so helpful and patient with all of the customers. In particular, Kam was helping an older gentleman with some health issues. I believe the gentleman was trying to pull up his shipping return, but he did not have what he needed for whatever reason. I could tell the gentleman was getting upset, but Kam kept his composure, apologized for being unable to help, and offered recommendations for his next steps. As I stated earlier, the man did not seem in the best health, and even though the line was growing, Kam asked if he could help him with the package and take it back to his car for him. I could hear him as they walked out, and Kam engaged him in a way that softened the man's frustrations. So impressed with Kam!!!! My turn was next, and Dez was so kind and gracious to me as he waited paitently for me to pull up my second return. I told him how sorry I was, and the connection was slow, and he didn't bat an eye. He said, don't worry, you are fine. Even though I knew there was a line building, he got frustrated at no time; he kept a smile on his face and gave me individualized attention.I walked out of the store and thought, they get it. Those young men are the face of your business, and they represent your business well. I'm thankful for their positivity, empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

Horrible customer service - would not receive my package at 6:32 as I stood in the doorway they told me it was after 630- all they had to do was take my package. Nobody cares about the customer anymore. This place epitomizes this sentiment.

Listen! I came in to drop off a return for Amazon and literally was out in less than 10 seconds. ReNita greeted me upon arrival, and quickly took the package, and labeled it then giving me a receipt. Hire more of her! This was excellent

Quick, Clean, and Courteous!As a frequent customer for both Amazon and non-Amazon shipments, I have always had a positive experience. Even during rush hours, if there is a long line, it moves quickly because they seem to be well staffed with people who are responsive and do not stand by idly when people are waiting.Aside from package returns and shipments, I have also used their notary public service, which was a godsend after AAA refused to provide a simple jurat (attestation of truthfulness) because AAA mistakenly assumed I wanted a copy certification (authentication of the genuineness of a document).There is adequate parking generally, but there are only a few spaces directly in front of the store if you need to unload heavy packages. Also, traffic can be busy and from a lot of directions in the parking lot at times, so one has to be cautious backing out of the spaces.In short, I am glad to have such an efficient, competent, and friendly UPS Store conveniently located in Anna!

Jaiden and Dez were slammed when I was in the store. Notarizing, return packages, email printing etc. Rarely do I write reviews. These you men well well mannered and made every effort to be efficient. Kuddos! Again I only write well deserved reviews.

I have used Anna UPS store on several occasions. It is convenient, fast, and well staffed. Their employees are also very well trained. The most recent transaction I made was a bit complicated.Camden handled it with ease!! He is very pleasant to deal with. You can tell he is dedicated and a very hard worker.

Place is a scam. I tried uploading pdfs to the website for a print job, but preview showed all blank pages so I put pdfs on a thumb drive with ntfs formatting that my windows system can open and read to take up there. They take me to a workstation at the front and tell me to scroll to the bottom of the agreement and swipe my credit card. I do so and insert the thumb drive and the workstation doesn't see it. The employee couldn't get it to come up either. So I cancel the job and they still charged me $2 to tell me that they can't do the print job for me. Then, told me that because I scrolled to the bottom and agreed to the terms, that it was on me.Avoid at all costs. Find another printing solution.Update: Office Depot in McKinney provided the service at half the price UPS is charging with no hassle and no problems. Go there instead.

Went to the UPS store in Anna to send a package back to Amazon, they said the email from Amazon to return this package is a label and needs to be printed. I told the clerk that I live aways away in Blue Ridge so if he could print the label for me I will send him the email. His exacts words were "If I print it the costs is $2.72 so you should go home, print it out and come back".None the less I was not happy about it and thought, now your getting the shipping fee from Amazon and you want to charge me $2.72 just to print a label and you're in the shipping business. I send a ton of stuff every week at this location but it's officially my last trip there. If this is the way your customer service is in this day and time you are not going to last too long after word gets out that you are this greedy towards customers that build your business.
