A swing and a miss! Came to style and cuts at 10 a.m. for haircut on a Thursday. Nobody is here. Hours on the door say they open at 10am, I pray everything is okay. Stayed until 10:30 before trying somewhere else.

Worst experience of my life . My hair is AWFUL !! I went in wanting balayage touch up , my hair is light brown/blonde, long, long layers. WITHOUT ASKING ME they out dark brown in my hair ! And tell me after the color is washed out that they did that ! Then the cut, OMG. I specially say king layers, DO NOT cut my “ bangs” shorter than my chin. Right after saying this she cut it at EYE LEVEL ! My hair is not blended at all. I made her fix areas 3 different times and it became very clear she had no idea what she was doing and does not know how to layer long hair at all. My hair is so choppy, the color is awful. She told me she made it dark brown cuz fall is here .. well that’s great but that’s not what I asked for at all ! Also mid way through putting color in my hair I get notified that they only accept cash ..This is not an exaggeration.My hair is destroyed. It cannot be repaired anytime here soon be I saw she messed up the layers so incredibly bad that for me to have it fixed, I would have to chop my hair off . I have cried over this. And the son doesn’t care at all what they did !Services: Balayage

I love The beauty shop….that’s what I call it because as long as I can remember since I was young they always answer the phone “Beauty Shop” I had my hair done for years from a young age until I moved in 2019. Tricia always does an amazing job and you walk in and feel like you are home. A very welcoming and cozy environment. It is an true Anna staple that never goes out of style! ?
