Disappointed with the results. I wanted blonde highlights and my hair is still brown and it’s not pretty. The haircut — i’m just gonna have to grow it out and then go somewhere else. The lady doing my hair was very rough with it. — aggressively blow drying with round brush over and over and over till my hair was prob completely dead. I complained to the owner and she was unsympathetic.Services: Blowouts

Great spot! I was a little nervous when I saw the outside of the building- Its an old house converted into a salon- but the inside is nice and well maintained. Kimberly was great- she had this small smile the whole time she cut my hair, like she really liked her job. Affordable and great cut! Fast and efficient but still soft and gentle.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I am thrilled to have stumbled upon this salon a little over a year ago. Saedah is not only the sweetest lady, but she is an excellent hairstylist, great at mixing colors, listens to what you want and will give her personal advise on what she believes works best with your type of hair and face shape. I love the products she carries at the salon. Not only do they smell clean and fresh but more importantly they've made my my hair so much healthier!Services: Hairstyling

This salon is AMAZING!! Melody aka Mellow-Do is absolutely the best stylist I have ever been to. Every single time I’ve had my hair done has been fabulous. She is professional, friendly, listens to me then does exactly what we decided before starting. The owner of the salon is also very nice and brings her beautiful giant pooch, Burt. He is a sweetheart. This salon is well worth the drive hands down.Love, love, love them!!

Missed same day appointment due to a confusion. Called them to apologize and reschedule. They were very impolite didn’t accept apology. Think they are not customer centric. They lost valuable client . Would not recommend this place unless you wanted to be treated bad.It was a clearly an overlook on my part thinking appointment was at 1 pm . I definitely apologize for that but your text response at 12:15 pm and the way you treated me post that confusion leaves a bad taste . You seem still trying to defend yourself. What I am trying to say at least listen to your customer what could have been reason .

I had a last minute appointment scheduled today at 3. I wanted to try a closer place to home for the convenience. I was booked with Kimberly and she not only did an amazing job with my haircut but she was wholesome, friendly, and easy to talk to. She used a lot of techniques to give my normally flat hair volume. It’s a little house that’s set up for the salon. It was cute and comfortable in there. I’ll be back for my next cut!

First and LAST appointment at this salon. I arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled time. The owner was at reception did not say hello. Instead said "Tiffany will be here in a minute. You can wait in the reception room." 15 minutes later I asked owner if I had wrong appointment time. She flippantly said, "No. Tiffany is just running a little late." At 20 minutes past the appointment time, I inquired again. Owner said, "She will be here in about 5 minutes." I said I had a busy afternoon and would have appreciated a call about the delayed appointment. Owner said, "I'm just the owner, I can't control when the stylists come in." No apologies. If this owner was a true business professional she would have apologized and suggested shampooing my hair while waiting for Tiffany to save me some time. But the owner's cavalier attitude let me know all I needed to know about this shoddy unprofessional salon. I left and sat in my car for several more minutes making calls. Still no Tiffany. Ha!! Just be forewarned!

Saeda is great and takes the time to do an amazing job. I am moving to Anna from Frisco, and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Plano for my hair, so I started coming to her 2 months ago-and I’m so happy to have found her!

Traveling through Anna Tx and saw their street sign. What a blessed experience it was to get my hair done by Tiffany. Found out Zaina means beautiful and that describes their salon, culture and staff. I was a walk in and Tiffany had a break in her schedule-she beautifully gave up her me-time to take me. She took her time with my hair and got it combed and straight like “I” like it.Thank you so very much. She also gave me two restaurant recommendations (I asked).Service: Hairstyling

I am new to the area and was really worried about finding a salon to cut/color/highlight my hair. I visited Salon Zania and loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and the salon was clean and cozy. Tiffany did a great job! It is definitely my go to salon!!
