If I could give a ZERO STAR I would! This location is run down and gross not to mention the cashier Latoya, was the WORST customer service person I have EVER had the chance of interacting with! I was unable to use the gift card balance I had available on my app and she REFUSED to help at all! I let her know it was my ONLY form of payment right now and I was 6 hours away from home and she was not only annoyed with me but in fact she said “Jesus Christ” and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I needed help! The app was giving a server communication error, why should I, the customer, be gaslit into thinking I’m the problem when trying to use my own money loaded on your app?

The only parking available was reserved parking. They told me I needed an awards card to get reserved parking. Took 45 minutes to sign me up for an awards card, line of customers out the door.

The night manager's name is Jimmy, he is disrespectful and irresponsible. Pump 18 was simply leaking diesel and instead of apologizing and "acting" to solve something, he simply hid. Pilot has an enemy inside! I love pilot !

I always have a bit of trouble with 2 pumps, but the people are nice, and gas is almost always $.10 off a gallon! Never have to wait in line either and it is easily accessible to White street and 75 and the service road. My husband and I both get our gas here and he buys stuff inside. Thanks, Guys!

Fat girl named Kisha African American in (Anna tx) ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! Yelling at miners over a pump and telling them that she doesn’t care. I asked her for her name and she shook her head yelling KISHA! OVER ALL ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! Never going back again! If I could give it a lower star I would.

Making truckers pay $20 to park overnight at a truck stop is ridiculous considering they have no where else to go! I could have overlooked the cost however i cant overlook the poor condition of the facilities. I'd rather relieve myself in the parking lot considering its a lot cleaner than the bathrooms, very disappointed in this TRUCK stop. Try the loves down the road!

Was pleased that they are up on how to make the coffee tasty nd I mean without you having to put in additives. Been to several Pilot/Flying Js nd most do not get the coffee right on prep, at least the Pilot brand nd the ever so popular Columbian flava. I will say that it seems that most were able to get the flava out of the Bourbon Pecan, which nows looks discontinued at most stops. Also it should be noted that the store here was well kept, aromatic nd serving good water temp on my visit. Finally, but certainly not least of all, the guest service interaction was commendable. As such, I've set the store up in recall for a return visit. Thank you Anna FJ!

The Manager is a poorly educated and unprofessional staff. I asked him a question (if he had found some keys in the parking lot and he yelled Nooo at me in front of all the Customers. And then he showed up at the parking lot to put stickers on all the trucks parked in the correct maker in the designated parking areas. The Manager is NOT suitable for the position since even the poor employees receive very bad treatment from him and he has mental problems.

Oh i love stopping at this truck stop! As a truck driver we appreciate fresh coffee and well stocked milk and half/half dispencers.
Mrs. Robin and Mr. Wood that work here make sure of that, among all the other polite folks.
Its clean, its nice, they truly make you feel welcome!

One of the few flying J's that actually have premium Wi-Fi that reaches out to the truck parking lot. Store was clean. People were nice. What more can a truck driver ask for? You know what I mean.

Fxxxkin trash.... Parking lot at night with loud people hanging out playing loud music. While truckers are trying to sleep. Trucks parking anywhere. People parking incorrectly so others can not park. Terrible. Clearly management are not fit for the job.

I always have to reposition my truck at the fuel islands at pilot and then they have the audacity to charge $15 - $20 per night for reserved parking. These locations have no shame
