SERIOUSLY?!?!?! How are they owners so nice? We went last night and hour before closing, and was met with exceptional service and killed with kindness! We have been before and have been very happy, but last night 100% sealed the deal (in a good way) for us. Great experience.

We went out on a limb and tried Paw of the Family for boarding our fur baby for a week long stay. We were overjoyed that they took such great care of our family member and he loved the "extra" attention he received. The staff was caring and attentive to our concerns and made sure he received the attention and care he would have received at home! We will be using them for all our future boarding needs as a result of our satisfaction. Great Job Paw!! They have a huge selection of pet foods and supplies that are not the usual "Grocery Store" brands. Great quality and selection!

Let’s start out with what my problem is… I have a Mini Aussie enough said I know, anyway she wouldn’t eat her food we have spent 3.5 million dollars on different foods she will NOT eat but we came to Paw of the Family for help not only did they help they were absolutely amazing from knowledge of every kind of dog to foods, snacks,toys so happy they are in Anna easy to get to great prices and my dog is eating her food from day one of changing to FROMM we will be back any time my baby needs anything thank you again Paw of the Family!

We came in looking for a few things for our cat for post op csection. The vet tech on site was really helpful forever grateful ? & the nice gentleman that works there helped with our needs as well, very very kind people. HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you guys so much for yalls help.

The owners here are so kind and amazing! I’ve been having difficulty with my picky eating dog and they’ve gone out of their way numerous times to help me find new food for her. They really know their stuff about the brands they carry and have done well to pick only trustable options. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Owners and staff are awesome.
The owners are very knowledgeable and if they don't have an immediate answer to a question, they are prompt at getting one.
A special thanks to Ryan who spent a lot of his time today (Sunday August11'24) sharing so much information on the many questions my friend and I asked, along with his help carrying our purchases to the car. Such a friendly atmosphere!

We have a rescue dog who is terrified of grooming and it's always hard to take him, because of the stress on him. This was our first visit to Paw of the Family and I'm really thankful we found this place. Kyal took good care of our boy and he looks just plain handsome after his grooming. They really did a great job. Huge props and highest recommendation!
