“I love this storage facility. It’s always clean and week-maintained and I have never had a security concern. But best of all are the people. Their property managers have been friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put “some stuff” in storage. I’ve had a unit (or 2 and now 3) for years.

UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: I STILL love this facility and its staff. They are always willing to bend over backwards, if possible, the help you out. I am FINALLY leaving the next, thought, after about 20 years. About time!! Seriously though, good property, good people, never had a worry about my stuff.”

I rented a small unit here to store some recreational equipment for a few months until I move into my bigger apartment. Because it held my bike and camping equipment, I usually stop by twice or more a month. First of all (I know, you get what you pay for), I was attracted to the low price, I didn’t need fancy or temp controlled. Then they increased the rent about 35% (they said it was an overall increase, so it’s not like I had a special rate) about 3 months after I signed up. Worse than that, however, is there are tenants who appear to be living in the units. If not living, they are definitely camped out there every single time I stop by. Which I wouldn’t mind but they pull a bunch of stuff out of their overflowing units and scatter it all over the driveway. I’ve had to beep beep at them a couple times. It is absolute garbage and is strewn about the driveway. So I finally called to complain a couple weeks ago, and mainly to let them know about it since it’s the storage area around the corner and I don’t think the management ever goes over there. Of course no one even bothered calling me back.

All this place cares about is getting your money and they don’t care about cleanliness, safety, or customer service at all. I cannot wait to get my stuff out and never return.”

“Carlos Barron, Derrick, and Paul did an amazing job making our move from the third floor into another apartment on the second floor. I kid you not it was only a team of three and they knocked the job out within 2.5 - 3.5 hrs. These gentleman deserve a raise. Not only were they quick and efficient but they were also extremely professional and courteous as well. We will forever use this company and if these guys are there when we move next we plan on asking for them. Thanks a lot guys!”
