I wish I could give more stars!! Brought my daughter in for a comb being stuck in her hair. (She tried a blow out) not only were all of the ladies welcoming but very helpful. They all came together to get the comb out which was fully accomplished. Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you ladies. Y’all are rockstars!!!

Always a pleasure, always see the same stylists , meaning they like the work environment and don't leave as often as other places I see. I pass maybe 3 Greatclips on my way to Anna location. Rachael is awesome at what she does.

My husband had his hair cut in different places and it was always a sad experience, but in this place, a wonderful girl, the hairdresser immediately understood what we needed and cut it in 15 minutes exactly as my husband wanted.

I've been using greatclips for over 10 years and their coupons, which i get in my mailbox or online. Not a single time i had to present a physical coupin, until unless the coupon says so. But today, while my stylist was entering the coupon code, another worker there came and said they need physical copy even though it is nowhere mentioned on the coupon itself. So basically, they're going against their company policy to take extra money unnecessarily from their customers. They charged 19$ even though the coupon said 9.99$ offer.
They did accept coupons from others, which were presented as pictures before me, but denied when it was my turn. I felt it was racial profiling.
I would avoid this location.

I've gone to this location about 3 times now. My first 2 experiences were good. This last time though was nothing but sub-par. I was nervous about going in to begin with. It was close to a 40 min wait on a Thursday(Aug.16th) after I got off work at 6 . No big deal honestly. When I was finally seen by a hairstylist and I told her what I wanted(shoulder length w/bangs), and even showed her a picture. She took out her shears and just started cutting in the back with out sectioning and parting! Right then I knew that I was right to be nervous. She then started framing my face as was her suggestion, I then noticed it was bad idea and told her to just make them bangs. She did, but they didn't look right. To be truthful I should've stopped her after she chopped off all my hair in the back. At least it would've been OK looking without bangs. I'm not sorry to say my experience with this hair dresser was not the best since it was so close to the end of the day. I can't blame her for that, but I will not go back to this location in the future for fear of leaving with another problem to fix myself at home like I had to this time. My advice is "know who your getting a haircut from".

I wanted to put minus stars for I believe it is Toby. The middle-aged man at this location in Anna. I showed him a picture and while I didn't expect it to look exactly like the picture, he left me with literally just 2 in of hair on the sides of my head and it was cut way in over my ears to the back. I can't curl it under. I can't curl it back. It's so so short and he left no bulk whatsoever. I did not ask for anything near this! Now I have to wait for maybe 6 weeks for it to look halfway decent again. Maybe he should stick to cutting men's hair.
