Great! Everything I needed and was greeted upon entering. Easy check out using self check out. They had someone at the registers as well.

Terrible Customer Service and Exorbitant Prices
After using the CVS in Anna for about 1.5 years (2022-23), we transferred our business to the pharmacy in the Market Street grocery store in McKinney because we were fed up with the declining customer service and exorbitant prices.
We had been mildly irritated with the long drive-through lines and slow order refills that took 1-2 days to be ready. We started shopping around when our GoodRx app showed that prices were considerably lower at competing pharmacies; this was critical because my mother was uninsured and self-paying. The final straw was when they were out of one of her medications which she urgently needed, so they promised to fill her order the next day. When we returned, we were told that they gave her medication to someone else and advised that we try other CVS branches! We immediately switched to Market Street in McKinney.
The customer service at Market Street is vastly superior. They almost seem overstaffed, so wait times are usually low. Their prices are very competitive, and when we order refills, they are usually ready within hours on the **same day**. I fear praising Market Street lest CVS customer swarm to transfer to Market Street and lengthen the wait times, but I feel obligated to praise their friendly and attentive customer service.
Lastly, CVS prices on non-pharmaceuticals are also excessive. CVS cannot beat grocery store prices even after coupons and discounts! I can see why CVS and Walgreens are struggling financially in these times when everyone is pinching pennies.

Lazy cashiers can’t even be bothered to do a price check, they just point to the coupon scanner and say to do it yourself, they already don’t check out customers because of the self checkout, no customer service here.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. They are obviously under staffed and the staff they do have seems to work at the speed of the DMV. Also their phone system is crap and it is impossible to talk to a human. Hire more people please.

This store has the best employees ever - from the manager, pharmacists, and cashiers. They are friendly, helpful, and give great customer service.

What is the point in asking us to leave our phone number and the reason for the call on your voicemail if you aren't EVER going to call us back! This is the 3rd time in almost 2 weeks. I'm going to follow this review up with a complaint filed with corporate and will continue to do so every time I don't get a call back.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. HORRIBLE customer service. I went to the drive through for my prescription, waited 10 minutes got to the window, he had my medicine, I told him I had a goodrx, he said I had to come in for that. He then added they are closing so I don't have time to come in. He says come back first thing in the morning, at 9. I work, I'm out of my medicine and the only option was to pay 4 times as much to get it. The worst experience ever at any pharmacy. I drove off. I'll just do without my meds tomorrow and transfer to another pharmacy.

It seems like CVS has a new phone system that you can't ever talk to a pharmacist you have to leave it on voicemail which is so extremely frustrating. Blocking you from actually talking to a pharmacist when you need one to ask a simple question is ridiculous at this point in time. You have to wait for a call back I think I'm going to take my prescription and go elsewhere. At least Walmart answers the phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. They never have anything in stock apparently, they haven’t had basic medicines on multiple occasions. They’re straight up lazy. Most recently - Sent a prescription over to which they said there was and issue with insurance(which turned out not a problem) but you have to call & ask them bc otherwise they won’t tell you there’s a problem they will just let your script sit. Then they’ll get an attitude with you when answering the phone. I was told they didn’t have my prescription but would check other locations and call back. Hours go by, no call back. I call them again because I have to have my script today just to be told they’re having a trouble finding a store with the medicine. I personally called the next closest CVS to find out they have the medicine in stock, insurance covered and will get to work on the script within 5mins. Just lazy. Save your time and just go to the Melissa or McKinney CVS. This one’s nothing but problems every single time.
