I am extremely disappointed in this company and am not even sure where to begin. First issue was not being able to access our unit, then the unit was filthy, next there was incorrect information given to us, followed by construction that restricted us from reaching our unit for quite some time! We began using Blue Sky Storage in July 2023. The first day we went to the storage unit the code that was set up for us would not allow us to access the gate in or out so we had to contact management. Emily was a great help in this aspect. However, when we went to open our new rental, we were shocked to see that it was full of other people's items that had been left behind from the previous people. Once again Emily was a great help with moving us to a new storage unit. However, the storage unit I had rented was smaller and cost $114. We were informed that there would be no price difference since it was their staff who had failed to properly prepare the unit for new rentals. I really did appreciate that they were willing to work with us. Unfortunately, when I received the first bill it was $131 for the unit + the monthly insurance. I decided not to make a fuss and just pay extra because I was not to worried about the price difference. Now a year later (without any warning) I went to pay my bill and see they are now trying to charge me $161 + insurance for the unit. When I called up the front desk was not able to help much and although I know it is not her fault I am still extremely frustrated with Blue Sky because it has been a complete mess since day 1! I personally believe that corporate should be in better communication with their locations and their renters. If you want my opinion I would suggest you do not rent from this location or company because this is just a list of a few things that are wrong with this location.

If you don't mind your rent continuously going up, then I highly recommend this place! If you enjoy sifting through mice feces, spiders, and God only knows what else while you open your boxes, this may be the place for you! If you think mice are cute to have in your vehicle after you transfer boxes from your storage unit, then you will LOVE this place! If you don't enjoy any of the above then avoid this place, even when they offer "free" rent to lure you in, because I can assure you, they will price gouge you until the day you move all of your boxes, and the rodents that are now living in those boxes, out.

Just an example of there price hikes for existing customers $78 to $98 to $130.... In less than 2 years. For the same unit they are offering to new customers for pennies on the dollar (which after reading some of the reviews I see that the new customer price changes very quickly as well). Definitely my fault for letting this lease go on for so long.

Staff has always been extremely courteous and professional. They helped me with a billing issue that I am very grateful for. And I really appreciate the fact the key pad entry info is also needed to exit. This adds another very important level of security. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

My family has used this facility for a couple of years now. We have had nothing but good experiences and more recently, the new office manager, Danielle, has been so helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Out of the blue I received an email no phone call that our unit had been cleaned out and canceled. They messed up and canceled the wrong unit.nobody would answer the phone so I had to drive up there. We had to do all of our paperwork again to get our unit back. They then raised our rate $30 after one year. Call other storage facilities around them they are all cheaper and have someone working daily or will answer the phone.
