I purchased my 2024 Tundra Limited in early March 2024. On the way out the door that night, we were informed the second key fob would not be available to us until late June. That was disappointing, but we accepted it at that time. Now it's middle October and after a call to toyota customer service every month since June we're told it should be available each month, but still no key fob. I called Gulf Coast Toyota early October and was offered no help in getting the key fob. I've been very disappointed in both the dealership and Toyota customer service after waiting nearly 8 months at this point.

I find the 2024 Toyota Tundra the most complicated none intuitive truck to operate. The hand book instructions for any item of operation is poorly written thats if you find any. At the time of purchase there was very little operational instructions offered. I find that most of the features advertised require a membership fee. I requested at time of puchase, 5/25/2024 an additional Fob. Still waiting.
The Tundra does run well. That is a plus.
I just about now, know how to operate the radio.

I had a very good experience with Gulf Coast Toyota it only took a coupe hours from test drive to out the door and I got a free meal at there restaurant.
License plates were ready in about 3 days.
