They just didn't care what I wanted. I asked for shellac and basically had tips forced on me. They were way too long even though I kept asking for them to be shorter. They are also full of bubbles and pock marks from the “dust†he wouldn't let me wash my hands. Just said “it's better this wayâ€. They look terrible and cost more than other places. I rarely have the time to do something for myself, I left there very unhappy.

I drive all the way from Houston to get my nails done by Kevin because of the amazing quality of my nails, and wonderful customer service! My nails always last and look amazing with reasonable prices as well. 10/10

Went and got my nails done and that evening my polish started peeling off!! Went back in and they guy said he would have to charge me another $30 to redo.. hmm don't think so. Pretty much was rude and then had another lady fix them. That is bad customer service and the place was dirty!! There was not another person in this place now I know why!! I will not be back!! We make your pay check so you just lost a customer!! The owner before them were great and cared about their customers!! Don't waste your money!

although they did do a good job im appalled on how they treated a woman that was trying to get pampered like literally in the middle of the service the girl stopped doing the ladies nails and the guy just said oh she feels sick and she doesn't feel like working! Excuse me how and why would you do that i think its disgusting how they did that i am happy it wasn't me but i was really mad they did that. The lady was in a good mood with her son and for them to treat her like that its so screwed up and I MYSELF WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!

My pedicure was not good, the nail polish came off after few hours and they are not sanitary they use the same tools for every body.

Too many options to go here and receive bad service. I dropped $150 the last time I was here. This time, I get to sit in a pedicure chair while at least 2 other customers come in AFTER me and get their services started. I thought small town service was supposed to be more customer-focused than elsewhere? Sorry. I won't be back.
